After that, the second part of the collaboration was the integration of the CRM with our business processes. The third step of the project was building the website on top of the HubSpot CRM so we could get a 360° understanding of the customers visiting our site since the plan we chose with HubSpot also covers the website features. In addition, dJolt's team engaged with us for other HubSpot-related activities such as optimization, automation, and creating workflows.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

dJolt helped us reduce our go-to-market time by at least 50%. In addition, when it comes to nurturing leads, we also improved our open rate, which used to be 20%, and increased to 30–32%. Moreover, we saw a huge improvement in click-through rates because of HubSpot's marketing automation.

dJolt helped us meet deadlines but was also great at helping us determine the best way to go forward. They would let us know in advance anytime if something was outside of the scope of the budget. Sampath's team from dJolt worked with Keifer and Laura, our sales manager, to put together a plan for the website development on HubSpot. Their research backed design process and website development that allows complex customizations in our HubSpot theme helped our digital asset a lot. They added close to 60+ modules for our custom web theme that allowed us to design pages with out much effort.

Also, they worked on elements that would be integrated into Hubspot such as chatbox, email snippets, email marketing and ad integrations. dJolt's Team also trained our 7 member team on how to use the platform and have informed us about the best practices. New web pages and landing pages were developed with their help and they assist us with site management and adding new tools.

dJolt redesigned and redeveloped our website templates, incorporating a standardized lexicon and tagging system that legal aid organizations can use. We looked over their wireframes before they started development. In addition to the standard fare of text and images found on most websites, they also included interactive forms, embedded videos, a donate button, and other individualized touches.

Recently, they developed a website for our Idaho probono work, enabling lawyers from all over the state to sign up for cases that align with their interests. To keep attorneys apprised of new case work as it becomes available, dJolt migrated our case management system online. They are always working to improve the site and make it more accessible on mobile devices.
