I'm the founder of a company that manufactures portable composting toilets.

We needed a 40-50 second animation of our product making for our website and marketing. We needed the moving parts animating to show the features with animated call-outs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose DIXELAR based on sample videos on YouTube, demonstrating all the capabilities needed for our video.

I shared a previous video with Oleg and transferred 3D files. Oleg proposed additional animations to improve the video and these were a great addition, at no extra cost. Before rendering we confirmed part colours, lighting and background. After rendering we needed to correct our wording for the call outs which Oleg did for us.

We worked with Oleg and he guided us through the steps to create the animation.

The project was a great success and will be uploaded to our website, and used in adverts.

We used a chat system to communicate requirements. Timelines were outlined upfront and adhered to. Working hours due to timezone differences were agreed.

Dixelar was hired to create a 3D Video animation movie that described the Plastic convertor to Energy system.

The video consisted of two main sections that were reflecting the current negative situation with plastic waste management and how it pollute the environment. The second part of the video concentrated on the positive factors and advantages of the waste to energy new system and stressed how it supposed to save the planet.

I worked with the main Dixelar designer who was easy and quickly available via chat and telephone for any matters of the project.

The expected outcome of the final video animation movie is to successfully attract relevant organization and investors. Taking into account the good quality of the video, the results are expected to be good.

The project is managed in a good and well-controlled manner. Communication was held remotely via chats/remote sessions and phone calls.

Good attention to the subject and diving into minor details to achieve the main goals.

There is always a room for improvement, but no major disadvantages were noticed.

We needed an experienced animator who could tell a story in a high-quality animation for a hospital proposal.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a one-minute 3D animation that would be ready within four days.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online for animators and video producers. We chose Dixelar from a short list due to their customer service, affordability, and flexibility.

After we chose Dixelar, we built a story board together and they provided planning input during our discussions. They provided the first version of our Rubik’s Cube video the next day. We added some additional screens in the editing process.

They provided regular updates and a progress video each day. We made changes along the way.

They delivered a high-quality video in time to submit with our proposal.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Oleg (Owner, Dixelar) worked Australian hours to make sure they delivered on time. We also had communication with the team twice a day when our working hours aligned.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The customer service and collaboration were outstanding, but the speed with which they delivered stood out the most.

We were very happy with the outcome and have no complaints.
