To create a 1-2 minute animation explaining on of our product groups using both 2D and 3D animation. Attention to detail on the types of equipment and tires used was very important and required some additional overlay.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Block video was the first step in making progress to the completed video. We then had 6 more editions that we reviewed before finalizing.

Dixelar was very responsive to our needs and our process for getting the final animation approved. There was some extra time in the beginning that we were unaware of for rendering purposes which held up our ability to get the final video ready for deadline. Otherwise, working with Dixelar was great and we now know what to expect when making updates to 3D animations.

Ability to generate the type of models we needed to make our animation accurate for the end customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dixelar could have done differently?

We would have liked to have a draft version upfront to make edits with, even if it was only part of the animation. This would have given us a better feel for what was being created and may have reduced the amount of back and forth instigated from edits by our internal team.

I'm the owner of the company. I was searching for a good company that can make videos with great quality and a fair budget.

We hired for the creation of 2 videos. One being a 3D animation, very hard to do, but they make it fast and with great quality. The other one was a 2D video, and they did exactly as I wanted.

I've chose Dixelar because of his portfolio.

We've asked for Dixelar to do a trailer of a 3D game. I gave him the references I wanted and he created exactly like it should. We made some arrangements, that is totally normal for its kinda of activity, but the final product impressed me. The 2D video followed the exact same process.

They were very open to every feedback and did our suggestions precisely as we asked.

I've showed up the videos to my team and they thought that it was more expensive than actually was. The feedback from other was great!

Every time they had a new version of the video they quickly send it to us so we could align our expectations.

Time and budget.

Company's always has something to improve. But, for the projects that we worked together, there's nothing that I can add. They really did a great job!
