I’m a co-founder of a B2B SaaS business that helps companies provide competitive intelligence for their sales representatives to close more deals.

We don’t have any development experience in our company, so we needed developers to work on our system.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Diveria serves as our primary development partner, and they provide us with a slew of development services, such as functionality implementation, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.

They mainly utilize C# as their development language to integrate various features like a web change analysis module, Twitter monitoring, and Salesforce to help the client get informed about the market and their competitors.

What is the team composition?

Our main points of contact are Nicolas (Technical Lead), a senior developer, and a junior developer.

We were looking for development companies online and came across Diveria. We chose to work with them because they were closer to our timezone and their cost-effective solutions.

So far, we’ve invested about $150,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in November 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our system is running much faster than it ever has before and we’re continuing to grow on an annual basis, with a 40% growth rate in our revenue.

Moreover, we now have a technical director who understands how to build an enterprise-level software, so all these amazing results couldn’t have been possible without Diveria’s quality solutions.

How did Diveria perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform exceptionally well from a project management perspective. All aspects of development and production are pushed in the right direction, and we’re learning how to run a development team and project correctly.

We mainly use Azure DevOps to manage the project and communicate through Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their main strengths are the quality of their developers and cost-efficient methods.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We have open dialogues about the progress of the project, so we’re always able to come out as a better team in the end, so there’s nothing they need to improve on.
