Please describe your company and your position there.

We are trading company but we have started other businesses. We have three locations for our different business. I'm a project leader & decision maker at the company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Dit India?

We only have some bigger ideas in mind but we did not know how to execute it & is it possible to implement some thing like we have had think. Also, there is nothing we have in hand except the idea of project. We needed everything from the scratch & also needed strategies to make our project successful. Also we had a requirement connected with the store, so whole project was a challenge, from the ideas to designing, development & till the end.

What were your goals for this project?

We had a project requirement i.e design a responsive e commerce store with flexible user functionalities as well as app development which is easy to use by us. We wanted to achieve multiple store integration with the help of one parent store i.e one stop & integration was possible with only app development so they have developed a store as well as app to sync child stores

Shopify expert list because project was such a huge & high prioritized so needed some one who is expert & result driven.

Dit India did a whole process for us. They prepared project plan, estimation, designing, development, configuration & store launch. Also developed an App for us to make the work easier after. Project was begin with a theme theme design selection, custom design & development.

Then Build mock up design & website design & develop. Then developed some customize solutions to make it user friendly & great look & feel. Then at last App ideas & development which is on going.

What was the team composition?

The project team had about 3 people initially then when needed & based on our urgency they added one more team member later on.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Store was developed to sell multiple categories of the products. Project completion with satisfied result was major achievement. App development idea which is on going & about to finish is one of the great achievement for us. It will help us to reduce cost of team more members for the product import. Also due to project completion & app development on time, operating cost was decreased. Work perfection saved us at every aspects.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was very awesome. We had a bad experiences with freelancers with whom we have worked before for our other stores. But, Dit team is very professional company I must say. They believe in time punctuality with worth the quality. Designer team of the company is highly talented to understand our complex requirements. They have made everything from scratch & it goes perfectly with our ideas & purpose without the change. Very smart management & smooth too.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They generated many ideas that helped our business in a strategic way. Open & clear communication of them, is very good.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is nothing to improve even they go exceed our expectation.

2-3 people was involved for designers, developers, QA and one more team member for co-ordination.

Store was developed & launched within a time line. Due to work perfection and deadline followed, our operational cost was reduced. They go exceed our expectations.

Project management was very effective compared to other agencies we have worked with before. Team was highly skilled and stood up on project deadline. Prompt response & solutions without delayed anything. Most important part was, always in touch via communication method we preferred. very clear & smooth communication. Different time zone but never face any issue.

They have an expert team who understand eCommerce in real sense. They not only helped & guide my team well with my requirements they also generated many ideas that helped our business in strategic way. Prompt response. Things never get delayed. Client oriented approach.
