I'm the manager and the administrator for Erickson Travel Incorporated. We're a local travel agency, and we operate tours in Machu Picchu and other places.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digixonic Studios?

Everything was becoming more digitalized, and we wanted to increase our online visibility, so we got Digixonic Studios to design the website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave Digixonic Studios some information about our routes, pricing, and other travel information so that they could design our website. We were quite impressed with their work, so we asked them to work on our SEO and social media as well. They're now primarily in charge of Facebook and Instagram.

There have been four people working with us, including their web designer, graphic designer, and SEO strategist. I also spoke with their owner and CEO who signed us up.

We started working with them in July 2021, and it's still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Digixonic Studios is outstanding and brilliant. They told us it would take about six months to start seeing the results, but we've seen results only after three months. Everything's going really well. To be specific, we've seen increased organic traffic and interactions on our website since we started working with them.

How did Digixonic Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

We meet with their company's coordinator once every couple of weeks to discuss what they've completed and how we can implement other things. We let them know our expectations are and what we need from them, and then they advise us on how they can implement those things for us. We also appreciate that if we need something quickly, we can always send them a text.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication skills are impressive; they're always available to us. The owner of the company has plenty of knowledge and always shares new ideas. Other people we've interacted with also have an in-depth knowledge of what they do. Despite changes happening in Google recently and other websites crumbling down, our website continues to move up.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there is anything Digixonic Studios can do differently. We're happy with the way they've been working.

Let them know what your expectations are and let them work in their own way. We told them what our expectations were and in what time frame we were expecting to see some results, and they delivered excellent work.

Our rankings on Google and other search engines have gone up. We are now getting more organic traffic to our website which is driving us more leads and clients.

They are easy to reach and are always available to answer any questions. We often have online meetings. However, we do have one monthly meeting with the Project Coordinator where they give us new ideas and suggestions based on new trends and our budget.

I believe that no person or organization is perfect and there is a constant room for improvement. They always ask for our feedbacks and do work on them.

Machu Picchu is the main attraction in Peru, and through Facebook marketing, I have been getting more clients from South America as well. I will continue to work with them because of their professionalism. Their work is on time, and they can do anything that I need.

Digixonic Studios’ project management is magnificent. Whenever I need something, they’re timely and ready to help me, not just in marketing. For example, my English isn’t always correct, and they’ve helped me with some emails as well.

Until now, there has been nothing that they could improve on. I don’t know how it will be in the future, but I’m very happy working with them for now.

A close friend of mine referred them. We did a telephone interview to determine if they were a good fit. The proposal was within the budget so we decided to do a face to face meeting and went ahead with the project with them.

Digixonic Studios’s representative took 2 days to do a research and gave us a detailed plan. They then implemented the keywords with moderate search volumes and helped us with creating contents and did marketing.

At the end of every month we schedule a meeting to do a review of their work the previous month and to see what could be achieved the following month.

We have seen a considerable improvement in our organic search appearance and direct bookings. Earlier we had most of the bookings through OTAs like Viator. Ever since we started our project with Digixonic Studios, we can see a good number of direct bookings through our website. This has saved a lot of money on commissions.

They are prompt to respond to our questions. We often communicate through WhatsApp. At the end of every month we schedule a meeting to do a review of their work the previous month and to see what could be achieved the following month.

I like the fact that they are passionate about their job. They are quick to respond to our questions. The best thing with their team is they have researched the market well and have in-depth knowledge of the industry.
