Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the director of facilities for a chain of restaurant cafés and nightclubs in Novi Sad, Serbia. We have four restaurants, and one of them transforms into a nightclub on Fridays and Saturdays. My dad is the owner.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digitron Media?

We were struggling to keep up with the social media platforms for four restaurants. We needed help with digital marketing and web development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digitron Media handles Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, websites, and every other platform we have. They give us suggestions about upcoming events, such as the World Cup, and then they prepare the posts and campaigns. The team has created our five websites. They’ve also found a free app for delivery, got the code script, and implemented it in all our restaurants. 

Moreover, they’ve organized a photographer to take pictures of all the food and ingredients to use them on the sites and web app. Digitron Media replies to all comments and creates a content calendar for us. In summary, they manage everything for us.

How did you come to work with Digitron Media?

We were looking for a small company around Novi Sad. We didn’t want to work with a big company because they tend to pay less attention to the customer.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement started in January 2020, and it’s still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re really satisfied with all their work. We now have five fully functional websites and four delivery web applications. We can also see the upcoming events on the websites and the menu in 10 different languages. Moreover, after they made the campaigns, we scheduled five weddings in one month.

How did Digitron Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great. While everything in the world went 50% up, we were shocked by their minimal budget increase.

Communication is typically via in-person meetings; I go to their office or they come to the café.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They stand out for their willingness to do everything perfectly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should promote their business outside Serbia. They're a growing company, and people here aren’t too keen on digital marketing.

Any advice for potential customers?

Be friendly with them and respect their time. If you do that, they’ll make sure they over-deliver.
