I'm the Co-Founder & COO of a company that provides educational services for medical students.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digitize24, and what were your goals?

We hired Digitize24 to create web and mobile app for medical students across the world to participate in different medical courses from international universities. Our goal was to provide new features and seamless experience for our clients and gain new clients in new regions through improved user experience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through a referral and saw their expertise and professionalism and decided to go with them. The deciding factors were their individual approach to our specific case and their thorough experience and expertise.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed and developed a web and mobile solution based on React.js, React Native and Node.js. We started from the discovery phase, later on we got all the wireframes and designs ready and approved after UX tests. Then we moved into development phase that was orchestrated in an agile methodology.

The team was working in two-week sprints and we got feedback from them after each sprint. We also got some alpha and beta testing and eventually the project was released and now is maintained by the same team.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 2 developers working on web solution and also 2 working on mobile app. There was a designer doing all the designs and a PM coordinating all the work inside projects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the release of the project we got really great feedback from our customers. They were very satisfied with the new UX & UI.

The project management was great. We were in constant contact with the team. The team used Jira, Slack, Gmail to organize the tasks and communication with us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team of Digitize24 was 24/7 available for us. We always got a response immediately.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In our opinion, everything was perfect! No need for improvements so far.

I needed a whole brand and digital strategy to appear in a digital world. I wanted to stand out amongst the competition and show the unique value of my workshops.

I found them through a referral. Their professionalism, out-of-the-box thinking, and passion were the deciding factors.

Initially, we found out in which direction I want to go with my brand. They did all the designs, illustrations, logos, etc. Eventually, they implemented a website and keep maintaining it, and also helped me find the best ways to reach my clients.

One person working on the website, one designer, and one person responsible for the marketing side of the business.

They helped me get many new clients on a monthly basis since the project was released.

I was often contacting them with any questions I had and especially initially I was a part of the design process. They use Jira, Slack, Gmail, and Figma for communication and project organization.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They really devoted their time to me, and I felt being taken care of as a client. All my questions were answered and all my ideas were taken into account. They helped me understand how to update my website any time I want. They had brilliant, creative ideas that helped me stand out.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I was happy to work with them. It was my first project like this in my life and I was absolutely happy with them, no need for improvements.
