Google Ads management & Lead generation for 8 months google ads account in Euro, Local service related .

Before hiring Digital Ink,    account was performing with 1-2 calls leads per day based on campaigns which another Agency created,tried and tested for over 2 years. On my previous account this same set up was giving 2000 leads per year .

Digitalink was hired in order to improve results for 8 months account with historical data .So more leads and more quality leads.      What they delivered:     Cloned my existing ads campaign and renamed them, put them on max conversions without a bid limit, that way google can spend on click 10-20 or more euro per click without a phone call lead. Because ai is not smart.

I handed over functional account with solid lead history ,only for agency to make results worse. Cloning and renaming existing campaign is not a creating brand new ads, its lazy. Of course they applied some changes renaming, starting max conversion without limit and thats it.... 

Some of the Major failures:

They created brand new  google tag, but in a hurry they attached it with another customer roof company (Nothing to do with Car related Service which we offer ) , so dont expect to receive quality work.  

When they found out that they cant fix search campaign with their magic cloning existing campaigns + renaming them + applied max conversion without limit(that way google charges you per click whatever price they like even 10-20-50 euro per click )  , they also decided Run Pmax campaign, which was spending like crazy  and provided useless results,  on pmax ai is driving only traffic and cheap clicks but at the cost that people are not looking for your service they was looking for car glass repair and other things.

Poor Communication: we had only 1 meeting in the begining and Agency was in a rush either for another customer or something else. When i raised concerns over email about the bid without limit and pmax and other issues they answered : dont write me emails i am too busy optimizing and working on ads, busy yes for 1 month they spend 1 hour with the account.

They promised to send me report which was never provided for more than 1 month,

further more they blame me, for the poor results,  -  rather than admiting that they never created brand new campaigns and other things which can be tried.

I also paid for Creative ad materials and text, which was never used due to their poor quality, they created collage picture which google doesnt approve and even their campaigns cant run.....  Google dissaproved this and i also informed them over email and again nothing, they are not happy from feedback. They are happy only when you dont ask them questions and dont seek accountability from them. May be agency is good with sales but with local service we achived poor = no results, worse than before. Bettery try someone else.

They fail to deliver better results, so they results became worse, spending more achieving less  leads.

If you want to keep your Google Ads account healthy, stay away. This agency lacks basic technical competence. Tracking Errors: They installed conversion tracking from an unrelated business on my site, leading to "double counting" and garbage data. Lazy Strategy: Their "magic" was just cloning my ads and removing bid caps. My CPC skyrocketed to €20 and my budget was exhausted instantly. Low Effort: Despite claims of being "busy," the account history proves they barely touched the campaigns. Disapproved Assets: I paid for creative assets that were rejected by Google and never fixed. They are happy to take your money, but they won't take responsibility. A total disappointment.

Before hiring them, I was getting 1–2 calls a day. After they took over, calls dropped to zero. They simply cloned my old ads, removed my bid limits, and let Google spend my money on irrelevant "junk" keywords. The worst part? They mixed up my tracking tags with a roofing company's account, meaning the AI was learning from the wrong data entirely. Total negligence, zero reports, and they blamed me for the failure. They spent less than an hour of actual work on my account in a month. Avoid this agency at all costs.  They need to hire more people and to help customers in order to serve them.
