Since 2021, We Are Monitoring is working for human rights by collecting, analyzing and sharing data on the scale of movement, provision of support, abuses of power and various forms of violence, including institutional, experienced by people on the move on the Polish-Belarusian border.

Digiteria developed a website for our association. We began the work with a training session during which we were introduced to the basics of how websites function. We then held workshops where we created a prototype of the website, which the designer used to prepare a frontend design in Figma. The design was later revised to incorporate our feedback. The final stage involved building the website itself and training members of the organization in how to use it. Since the completion of this process, Digiteria has been supporting us with website updates.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Digiteria ran the marketing campaign for our association’s program Pokolenia w Akcji. We worked closely together for over a month. Since our main goal was rebranding the program and reaching a younger audience, we needed an agency that truly understands the needs of NGOs. Out of several proposals, Digiteria’s matched our expectations best, so we decided to collaborate. They were engaged from the very beginning and brought a lot of creativity to the process. Together, we tested different types of content to reach our audience effectively. We held weekly meetings where the team updated us on every step of the campaign. Thanks to this collaboration, we achieved results beyond our expectations and received more applications than planned.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

 Previously, the program ran under the name Seniorzy w Akcji, and it was mostly targeted at seniors. When we decided to rebrand, we were concerned that we might lose our senior audience and fail to attract younger participants. Fortunately, the results proved otherwise: we received 1,300 clicks to the application form, 161 completed applications (46% above the original goal), and notably, 52% of applicants were under 60, showing strong intergenerational interest and engagement.

Yes, their project management was excellent. Digiteria remained engaged from start to finish, consistently delivering on time and responding quickly to our needs. They handled the project in a highly professional and efficient way.

They have a deep understanding of NGOs and their specific challenges. Sanjar, the founder of Digiteria, is very creative, competent, and fully committed. Another unique aspect is that the whole team consists of migrants who are passionate about their work, which makes their approach both authentic and inspiring.

Digiteria transformed my initial idea and a very rough sketch into a beautiful, interactive website, centered around the drawing of the map, fitting well the concepts of a counter-mapping project.

The team approached the project with great passion and dedication. Sanjar Hoshimi, with whom I was in direct contact, did an excellent job assembling the right team for the project. Everyone involved was open to collaboration, attentive to our feedback and needs, and patiently explained the available technical solutions within the constraints of our set budget.
