Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO at MIMO - Moussa Intelligent Management & Organisation. We provide our clients with a wide portfolio of services in the fields of management and support of artists, musicians, actors, athletes and related activities such as booking, mediation, event planning, distribution, car rental, driving and security services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digitalyze?

When we started the company, it was very important for us to understand strategically where we wanted to go to the market. Therefore, we needed an agency to help us with our brand development.

Digitalyze created a logo according to our specifications and the related stationery, workwear and merchandise. They also created a website using the Wordpress CMS and positioned it through SEO on Google.

What were your goals for this project?

We hired Digitalyze to help us launch our corporate brand, grow our audience and introduce new services. The results were a documented brand strategy which fits perfect to our Company.

We were referred to them by one of our clients who had previously hired them. He confirmed their design expertise, competitive pricing and collaborative workflow before we commissioned them.

We asked Digitalyze to advise us on branding the company and to creatively implement it. As a result, we had the identity of our business and services in the shortest possible time and thus a unique corporate identity on internet and in real life.

What was the team composition?

In strategy development and consulting, I interacted mainly with the Head of Marketing and the founder of the agency.

In the design process with the Creative Director, who then directly interacted with his designers. For the web development process, I was assigned a senior developer contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website traffic has grown month by month since the launch of the website. Stakeholders and executive staff are happy with the project. It is an effective channel to tell our clients about our services.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The team was highly professional and the project management was impressive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They worked all time from our clients' point of view. An absolutely transparent and trustworthy partner.

I am the manager and investor of the largest and most exclusive tanning salon brand in the Middle East.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digitalyze, and what were your goals?

Our goal was that we create a website that is the center of our presence on the internet. It is the roof of our social media, influencers, internet advertising, email marketing, and also a strong structure of the website that has a long-term positive effect on the SEO of the website that belongs to it. In short, we were looking for a good partner that not only meets our expectations but also brings in new and effective ideas. Digitalyze did all this very successfully.

How did you select Digitalyze and what were the deciding factors?

A friend advised me to have a short talk. After some research on Google and the first conversation, we started working.

First, we met for a longer meeting at Digiatlyze in Duesseldorf to discuss a roadmap and plan all points for the project's new website. After about 1 week we had the first version of the new website ready and then we continued with Zoom calls.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The most contact I had with Markus was managing the project from the start to the final stage and even today, but of course, there were other people in the design and development progress from Ditialyze involved as well.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

A few days after launching our new website we already noticed that we are on top of Google almost everywhere with very little expenses. Also, the feedback from our clients was excellent.

From the first meeting to the first designs and the final launch of the site, Digitalyze's work has always been very transparent and professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I always had a contact person. you could say there was someone 24/7 with whom you could share your ideas.

Not really. Perfect job!

I am the general manager of an office supplies company in Germany. We are a system house and offer our customers everything they need for everyday office work.

Digitalyze has designed and developed an e-commerce platform for our company. Our goal is to reach new local and national customers.

How did you select Digitalyze and what were the deciding factors?

We searched through a bunch of e-commerce developers all around Germany, get a selection of different offers and in the end, Digitalyze won the pitch.

We worked with one developer and a designer.

The new shop meets all our expectations and we can report a growth in sales in 2020.

The communication couldn't be better. We had a contact person who could answer any question about the project at any time. The contact went without any problems by phone or zoom.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We especially liked the uncomplicated communication and the fact that our design ideas were implemented exactly according to our expectations.
