I am an Investor and businessman by profession. I am owning this location based facebook page and community called "KhargharOffical". Nearly 19.2K members are connected currently and actively participate for regular day to day requirements and needs. We get them the right solutions and guidance to meet their end goals

We hired them for our logo designing and facebook page marketing and promotion to help us reach its potential audience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had given tasks to various vendors as a part of the selection process and found that Digital Wings are very innovative in their approch, cooperative, creative and result oriented. Most importantly completed each sample task before deadline. Hence we selected them for this project.

We connected with DigitalWings in Jan 2021. By that time we were literally struggling to enhance our facebook page and we were looking for a proper facebook marketing advice, brand enhancement with logo designing ideas. They gave us a detailed action plan and fair deadlines for the promotion and enhancement of our page. They have a very creative approach and sound knowledge of the digital platform which helped us in getting the delivery of our project and the expected results even before our set deadlines

Viresh and a team of 3 other Social Media members are connected with me on a regular basis and report every fortnight.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our facebook page which only had 150 members when we hired DigitalWings, is now about to reach its 20K members milestone, hopefully by this new year's eve. Keeping a positive intent and brand approach in mind DigitalWings have not onky helped us reach our target audience, but have also helped in enhancing the way we use this platform to reach our goals

It is always an amazing experience to work with their team. Their team is humble, knowledgable, prompt, and extremely comfortable to work with. All in all it was a smooth experience.

They work on the possibilities at hand and suggest the right path, ethical yet innovative, to meet the end goal of the client. That too at competitive rates, which is quite rare in the market

They can show some more involvement in our community events

I’m the director of Assignments Buddy. We provide writing assignment services to students in the UK and the global market. We have a team of 25 content writers.

What challenge were you trying to address with DigitalWings?

We’d started an office in the UK and had no online presence. We wanted to create a website where students could connect with us to discuss assignments.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DigitalWings put together a plan for us, starting with website design. Our main goal was to get leads from the Canadian and UK markets. They created our branding and a WordPress website in a month’s time. They also ran PPC and performance campaigns on Google and Facebook after that.

They’re also running our SEO. We worked together to put together a list of 25 keyword categories relevant to our business for different locations. We worked with them hand in hand on the website content.

What is the team composition?

Their director is my main contact. I’m also working with two SEO specialists and two performance marketing specialists from their team.

They sent us a pitch email, and we got in contact.

How much have you invested with them?

The website cost $1,500, and we’re spending $4,000 per month on marketing. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with DigitalWings in December 2019, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

DigitalWings has helped improve our leads drastically. We get around 150 leads from each performance marketing campaign, and we get 50–60 per month through SEO. Our website traffic has also improved. Now, we’re getting 9,000–10,000 visits per month.

How did DigitalWings perform from a project management standpoint?

Their director works with us on each task, in terms of what content goes on our landing page, what calls to action we have in place, and what keywords we’re targeting. They’re good in terms of project management, too; they give us performance reports, and they always keep in touch and tell us what we need to provide.

What did you find most impressive about them?

As a business owner, I always look at the overall cost. I’ve talked to other marketing agencies in order to get an idea about the field, and what I like about DigitalWings are the overall budget strategies they come up with. The presentations I got from the other agencies were nowhere near DigitalWings’.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve gone over budget on our PPC and performance marketing campaigns a couple of times. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with what they’ve delivered.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

DigitalWings is a great partner for people trying to get their business online. They research the competition and figure out what’s best for the client in terms of budget. My advice is to bring DigitalWings on board and let them understand what the business is all about.

We were looking to hire someone to help us get more quality links to our website in order to improve our rankings on Google for specialized keyword searches. They have done a good job identifying obtaining sites for us to list on to help our search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.

How did you select DigitalWings and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed a few companies that seemed to be qualified to help with SEO and Digital Wings did a good negotiating with us and not trying to make us do a package but customize a plan that aligned with our goals and industry.

They have helped us get on directories, create infographics, write guest blogs on high domain authority (DA) websites that reference our experience, services, and keywords.

The number of external links have grown and the domain authority of our website has also increased.
