We needed extra resources for some of our projects and they provided us with several great candidates. They developed a E-commerce and Marketplace applications that allows our users and clients to more easily find each other.

I knew them due to my previous experience of working with folks on the same project.

They provided several backend and frontend developers to speed up our activities. Guys are responsible for every delivery cycle and doing it great. They are a good match to our team.

DigitalSuits is building and maintaining our four shopify stores.

Previously we had worked with an Agency from India, but the agency lacked proper workflow processes and features often were presented "done" with bugs of missing functionality, while coding best practices were completely ignored. DigtalSuits offered proper processes, such as peer code review, QA & project management.

Our shops are built on Shopify (custom theme), with many apps. We have several shops in multiple countries, which are mostly the same with minor differences.

I worked with roughly 7-8 people from the vendor's team: CEO, Project Manager, Software Engineering Lead, Frontend Lead, Backend Lead and other Developers

We used a to-do list software to meet deadlines. Our teams communicated via Slack. We also set up daily calls.

Very dedicated team. Great at executing clearly defined tasks. We have worked with DigitalSuits on several project and our collaboration has been successful. Great attitude and positivity in communications. Quick to respond.

Time zone difference can be tough and can have an impact on communication sometimes.

We hired their dedicated frontend developer for one of our Shopify projects for a customer of ours.

We had around 500 frontend tickets to resolve, which our developer estimated would take around six months.

We found them on Clutch.

Their frontend developer worked on bugfixes in our site, and then the implementation of some additional website features.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a Shopify developer and a project manager. I can’t say that the project manager’s assigning role was necessary, but we appreciated this approach.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They completed the 6-month scope in two months for my client and thus saved their budget. More widely, their efforts improved our relationship with the customer.

The project manager sent daily updates, questions, and notes, holding a weekly call with us so that we could provide feedback on their work.

They really cared about the quality of the work and were always ready to support us in case of any urgent requests.
