For what projects/services did your company hire DigitalSpring, and what were your goals?

I had a client with several brands that needed a new digital strategy. We wanted to switch from more offline to more online advertising. Also we wanted to expand the digital channels - from predominantly Facebook.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had worked with DigitalSpring on previous projects and had very good impression + very good results for previous clients.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

First, DigitalSpring made an audit on going projects, campaigns and digital channels and assets. They came up with a proposal for revisions. They set up our accounts so that we had a better view on targets and statistics (like Google Tag Manager which we were not using before).

Then they helped us modernize our digital assets (fb page, email campaign, website, ecommerce) and started producing new content. The also developed a digital advertising campaign with regular reviews so that we are able to maximize ROI.

We worked with account manager, PPC manager, content creators, UX/UI designers and developers.
