We contacted Digitaleap with a dream about creating a platform that made it easier for the Service providers to connect with their customers and make appointments. Also it is a dual sided community where the customers can select which time suits them and find a service provider that matches and fullfills their needs.

Digitaleap with Tehseen as the main point of contact really took time and asked questions, to fully understand where we wanted to go. He also asked questions if he was in doubt about anything in regards to our scope and documentation. Overall we felt secure in the whole journey as Tehseen and Co. was creating the idea and dream, that we at first only were able to create in PowerPoint.

Our end product that Digitaleap delivered has evolved a lot since the orginal idea, but troughout the whole procces we experienced Tehseen as an invaluable project member of our team, giving recommendations, having follow ups and were always seeking for possibilites to fullfill our desires. We ended up with a product that we are proud of, with a lot of new thought out deliverables as:

• Geo located search functions for listings
• API endpoints to economic platforms
• Email integration in system
• SMS integration in system
• And a lot more..

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Digitaleap completed all of our deliverables and even more within the originally set estimates, that they created before starting the project. All while having a close dialogue with Tehseen and weekly follow ups. We really felt like an appreciated customer where there was a common goal for us to succeed.

We used Jira boards as our primary project tool, where the progress was discussed at weekly our bi-weekly meetings. The responds to our needs was always positive and they did go above and beyond to fullfill our needs. Even in some cases, where we had described the scope wrong, they corrected it and we continued going forward.

I had rarely had an experience with a professional contact this pleasant, problemsolving and just overall focused on fulfilling your needs as a customer.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are really interested in fulfilling your needs as a customer. Tehseen really cares about your product and the service they deliveres. By signing up with them it feels more like getting anoter project member into the group, than to "just" buy a service outright.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digitaleap could have done differently?

The only thing I can set a finger on, was that the scopes that they gave in regards to the timeline was sometimes to optimistic for the individual tasks. So there were small delays in the process. BUT Tehseen were always flagging this up, when it occured that the estimates for time was wrong. Eventhough they underestimated the task, we have never heard anything in regards to extra payments.

Digital Leap team provided all the technology and quality testing to launch both the consumer app and complementary software for businesses that we launched after our pivot. This included building out an API for the AI software that we've developed and working with our team to pivot as quickly as needed for each bi-weekly sprint.

We increased our users by 8000 after development of our mobile app. We created the complementary software within our set time frame.

Tehseen and his team were critical in building our software that would support peer to peer self improvement. It was an ambitious project, and they did wonderfully in executing our vision. They were critical in fixing many important bug fixes. I highly recommend them.
