Epsilon College is a part of Epsilon net. Epsilon net is a software company known for its software. the challenge was to introduce the collage to the market and gain a position in an already divided market with strong brands .

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for a digital agency that could help us enter the market and at the same time provide an important amount of leads. we choose Digital4u because of it success stories and experience in education

Because of the timing (August) we started focusing for 3 months on receiving the leads necessary to achieve our goals, working at the same time with the company's brand. After achieving our goal (enrollment and leads) we focused on making the brand known to the market .

we worked with an account manager, and digital marketer, SEO specialist and graphic designer.

The lead generation campaigns were incredible successful providing us leads that helped us achieve our annual goals. After a few months many companies of the mother company knew about the college and showed a lot of interest , providing us leads for enrollment

we had daily calls and weekly meetings. the company and the people in charge of us were available 24/7

Their knowledge in lead generation and the efficiency in all the actions they took for our company impressed us.

It is a family business since 1994 and deals with sales of women's shoes and accessories. I am the son of the owner and the one who will now deal with online sales.

Our cooperation with the company was done to enter the field of online sales. Our goal was to develop our work throughout Greece. Not only in the physical store. We hope that with the right management we will soon have the results we want.

There was a lot of market research. We had heard about this company that it is one of the best in Greece. And the reasons we finally decided were 2.

1. When we saw results from their other work.
2. When we met with a company representative and she explained in detail everything we asked her. Her words won our trust.

After initially deciding to build the website based on our own tastes, we were in touch for many details. That is, for the texts, the images, the payment methods. Our conversations were almost daily by mail or phone. We had some close meetings but unfortunately due to a pandemic they were not many. But that did not stop us from having a perfect cooperation.

There are three of us in the store. Two in sales and one in site management.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have a great response even though we have not done any advertising yet. I can not have a picture in percentages at the moment because the website has been around for a few weeks. But our customers are excited about the result of our website. Most of the comments were about the speed of the page but also how simple and understandable the menu is.

I find their ideas contemporary. The way they work very methodically. Our communication is frequent and you can do it by mail or by phone. I feel very safe and I know that he is there for me at all times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Where to start from? From the result of the project, the courtesy of the staff and immediacy to questions. The trust we felt was their biggest weapon.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I have no complaints. Everything is done properly.

We needed to develop a digital marketing strategy in order to increase our eshop traffic and sales

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Digital4u first contacted us with a solid proposal, having studied well our company's philosophy. We immediately felt we could work well together and trust each other.

Digital4u worked on a Search Engine Optimization campaign with the goal to achieve first page position in google organic search for multiple key words. At the same time they developed a digital marketing plan through Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

We had a main point of contact and a back up contact when necessary.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The SEO campaign provided great results very fast. We achieved first page position for most of the key words in a few months and increased traffic through organic search. At the same time our sales and profit increased by at least 30% through google ads and Facebook campaigns.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicate mainly through emails. We receive analytical monthly digital campaign reports. When necessary we talk over the phone. In general they are very responsive and approachable.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have managed to cover all our digital marketing needs. Their proposals are always close to our philosophy and they have fully grasped the way our company works.
