We’ve seen an uptick in website traffic, but the best measurable outcome has been the feedback from users, which has been highly positive. Some industry partners have even asked if we’ve hired a major company because our site looks extremely professional. We’ve seen approximately a 40% increase in traffic, which has been sustained quarterly. We now have a steady flow of traffic, and it hasn’t dipped back to what it was originally.

We’ve also seen an improvement in user engagement and form submissions, allowing us to operate more efficiently. The increase has been significant.

We needed to migrate our WordPress appliance rental site to Webflow. We also needed to clone the design and add CMS products and application forms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Digital4design migrated all content, images, SEO, and metadata and set up 301 redirects. They re-created the homepage, including the hero section with a “Shop Now” CTA, and added a section for our products’ benefits. They also added a section for why customers should choose us, a section to browse product categories, a best-seller section, a testimonials section, and a customer feedback section.Moreover, Digital4design used Webflow CMS collections for product categories and individual product pages. They rebuilt the shopping cart, quote flow, and online application form with document upload, capture of card items, and submission to our team via Webflow. They also added static pages about contracts, FAQs, privacy, and credit policy.Finally, Digital4design added light scroll animations and effects, installed external tracking cookies, and re-created thank-you confirmation pages. They ensured fast loading and excellent mobile performance and provided one-on-one training on how to manage the Webflow CMS.

We broke the website down into sections, the first deliverable was the main homepage, header, footer and menus. Once that was done, we moved onto updating 2-3 sections of the site until it was finished.

What truly stood out was how Mukul and the team made me feel like more than just a client. The only time we couldn’t meet was during their Holi celebration—and not only did they communicate that with warmth and respect, but they also shared some beautiful photos of the celebration. That moment made me feel like we were genuinely building a relationship, not just completing a transaction. I felt like I had a true partner in the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital4design could have done differently?

Coming from the South, I’m used to people being very warm and overly polite in communication. I noticed some cultural differences, as their style was a bit more direct. While this didn’t bother me personally—and I appreciated the clarity—I can imagine that others who aren’t as flexible might misinterpret it. If anything, I’d just recommend the team keep cultural differences in mind when working with clients from different backgrounds, especially those who might expect a different communication style. But again that is just my point of view.  Just know they are direct, but that's because they are very serious about their job :).
