I am the owner of driving academy in Arlington as well I am a Taxis operator in DFW, Texas.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Marketing Manila, and what were your goals?

We had an old website for dfwfasttaxi for more than 5 years and which became outdated through times and during this pandemic time we realize that we should have great online presence in order to get more business. So we hired Digital marketing manila not only to create dfwfasttaxi from scratch but also to create a Arlington Driving Academy website for our driving school.

How did you select Digital Marketing Manila and what were the deciding factors?

DMM was referred to us way back from one of our friend circle whom they helped in digital marketing services and i was looking for the team who can be reliable, trustworthy and at the same time can dedicate their time to my business as if its their own. So, as it was referred to us by our friend we found they were exactly what i was looking for. As far as skill wise they have proven more than what i can ask them on my two websites. Their design skills was excellent and cost were affordable for me to go with them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

DMM was asked to create 2 website for us and they used Wordpress technology to create our 2 beautiful website, they create solid web content for our 2 websites which we can see that they really helped in getting found online. They were also asked to do Basic On-Page SEO on both of our website which they have really did it well. Though I have paused the contract for meanwhile as i am waiting for Driving school licence as its still in process, but will continue with them later.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Our 2 website project was handled by group of skilled people from their team but I only had interactions with website owner and one of their team manager on my projects related task.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Presently one of my driving school in Arlington is ranking on #2 and my other taxi business website is doing well, though i have not seen impressive results as i have not asked them to continue further as i have paused the contract but i believe once the project continues I am sure i can see good results as they have shown me on my driving school website.

We generally used phone calls and Skype for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have very in-depth knowledge about SEO and knows what it needs to be mentioned on website in its technical side.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As i am satisfied with their work, i dont think i can look for more from them.
