We were looking to improve our online presence, optimize our standing in a niche healthcare market and scale our organic and paid SEO efforts into a viable lead source channel.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide immediate wins for our strategy while we incrementally approached our long term SEO goals. Kevin is consistent and clear in his communication, readily available and provides insight to our questions as needed. Kevin also demonstrated SEO proficiency in multiple industries, budgets and had several case studies to highlight success.

Kevin worked with us to improve all aspects of our technical SEO, working closely with our developer and was also able to implement many of the changes on his own. He provided monthly reports, suggestions, and provided ongoing industry insight to prepare for (Google changes, security changes).

Kevin went above and beyond our scope of work (which was vastly undefined) and helped us strategically approach our strategy and cut through the noise.

We saw the largest growth in traffic in the history of our company (5 years), increased qualified lead production from SEO (paid and organic) and continue to optimize strategies to further scale, and predict, the production of our SEO channels.

Their knowledge and passion for SEO have stood out to us. He is constantly in the know and truly delivers results. One other element that we enjoyed is that Kevin is also open to testing new ideas and to collaboration with our team.

It all started though video calls and we discussed a plan of action in terms of marketing and SEO , what areas we needed to concentrate on where there was demand for the products and how to attack the situation

we are now ranking number 1 on google search for 2 terms 8 more in page 1 and 2 and about 50 ranking outside of that , I never would have been able to do this without the help Kevin provided

we had a meeting once or twice a week to discuss plan of action and what he would do and what I needed to do my end, set goals and how to achieve them

I cant think of anything to say , no constructive criticism at all , everything I have asked for I have received.

Kbos2hm meticulously dissected my website page by page starting with the basics and gradually developing the website slowly and carefully to rank higher on google

At each stage Kbos2hm kept me in the loop by use of a Trello board which gave me a clear picture of the way forward This in itself was very reassuring considering that most of my business comes directly from google searches for driving lessons in Carlisle

Mainly just the one except for an initial chat from upwork.com who showed me how to work around their website and use it effectively as a means of communication with Kbos2hm

Great use of Trello boards as a measuring tool and visual feedback on how the project is developing Enjoy the use of Skype also when a lot of communication is required
