The overall quality of the candidates they provide has been very good whenever we've looked to add resources to the team. And given the geopolitical situation with the war in the Ukraine they've been nothing short of amazing under the circumstances.

We had a major misstep when sourcing one of our early resources with them. But they acknowledged the mistake and while it did take some more time they made good on rectifying the situation.

Digis helped us develop our platform, which was built with JavaScript. Initially, we provided them with a one-page document that outlined our requirements. We then held a meeting with them and interviewed some members of their engineering team. After that, we proceeded with the work.

On the project Oleksandr now has technical colleagues (Dmytro and Antonius (US) who can always ask directly, besides there is a Scrum Master Inna who supports Oleksandr in finding people to help him in his work/questions. Probably he needs some more time to get used to new processes and the environments, although he is doing pretty good now.

Feedback about Vladyslav: - High level of efficiency; - He does a big part of the backlog (fixing bugs, creates new features); - Vladyslav is good at communication and always wants to know more about the project and how everything work.

Feedback about Oleksandr: - He is a good performer (used to work on another project for Edible - My Edible). At the current project has some troubles with initiative and finding a job to do if there is no process and direct task (need to be improved)
