Software development. Speed up time to market on various features.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We used Upwork. We had two phone calls up front.

Javascript & Typescript, primarily using React, Redux. Deliverables were features and bug fixes on our web application delivered to our source code.

Deliverables were not associated with any specific company KPIs.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Their developer attended our team's daily stand-up and was always on time. They also provided an account manager to handle administration and feedback. They were very responsive, even though there was a significant time difference.
