The project was meant to for users to:

• Track and manage their certifications. They need to collect x amount of hours of continuing education each year to stay certified. 
• Manage their profile information for a public or private directory.
• Add continuing education hours by category.
• View and connect with other members in the certified network through the directory. 

The project will continue to evolve as we fine tune the needs of our certified network.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We set milestones and had weekly reviews of progress and later had regular testing/debugging meetings with and Digimonk employees.

• The PM I worked with was great at taking on deep understanding of the application functionality.
• They helped us re-align our proposed scope with development process that worked well with their team. 
• They managed change requests quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Digimonk Technologies allowed for open communication, bringing a much higher level of trust than faceless developers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Digimonk Technologies could have done differently?

I think they did a fantastic Job and would recommend them to anyone. More documentation about full dev process would have been a nice to have but was not part of the scope.
