DigiMantra saved our very expensive website from a previous developer who failed to complete it to the standard we paid for. DigiMantra set up a system where my team could drop in tasks that we were unable to complete, due to our lack of time and/or knowledge, and they handled it. 

They were able to create quick landing pages for our fast-paced product offers. Digi Mantra actually designed and completed a brand new website from scratch for my other business, and made the entire experience so seamless that I will never ask another company to help. We threw a lot of problems at them and they handled every single issue and task. Every single one of them.

A lot. Every time new rules came out, they jumped in, adjusted the messaging, and made sure everything was clear across all the clinic’s social media channels. It wasn’t just about posting updates—it was also about answering patient questions, keeping people informed, and making sure there wasn’t any wrong info floating around.  

One challenge was communication. Our client preferred using WhatsApp, while we mainly work through email and phone. DigiMantra handled both and kept everything running smoothly between us and the client. No confusion, no delays—just seamless communication.

100%. One of the biggest things we noticed was that patient complaints went way down. Before, people were frustrated because they didn’t know what was going on with appointments, but DigiMantra made sure all that info was easy to find. The clinic also got way more online bookings through social media, which was a huge plus.

They set up a system where customers could pick add-ons for their orders, and if they selected a customization, they’d get a form to fill in details. Pretty slick setup—it only asks for info if it’s needed, so there’s no extra clutter. And yeah, we could charge extra for those add-ons, which was the whole point.  

Then they cleaned up the packing slips, which were kind of a mess before. Now, they’re way more organized and easier to read, so packing orders is faster and more accurate.

Yeah, for sure. The customization feature is a big upgrade—makes ordering easier for customers and brings in extra revenue. And the new packing slips? Way less hassle. Smoother process all around.
