I’m the owner of the Teacher Study Hall, an educational organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Digie Crew?

I needed to create an online presence and drive traffic to my website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I’ve been using Digie Crew to create a website, as well as for all the components for my business to scale up and take advantage of the market. They utilize WordPress integrated with WooCommerce and various tools for customizations such as LearnDash, Uncanny, and MailChimp.

As for the digital marketing aspect, they help educate me on the best platforms to use, who my target audience should be, and what keywords I need to be using in order to grow my presence. They’ve also done my logo and implemented some branding design elements.

Moreover, they manage the performance of my site and track the data using Google Analytics and Know My Visitors.

I mainly work with a web designer, graphic designer, and business manager.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing partnership started in April 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with Digie Crew, I’ve seen a significant increase in traffic, sales, and overall marketing presence. Additionally, my sales have gone up 300% since I started utilizing my website instead of Facebook groups to conduct my business.

How did Digie Crew perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been a huge help for me in regards to understanding how to market my business — I’ve been very reliant on them when it comes to managing the entire project.

We mainly use Skype and Google Suite to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What sets them apart is their patience and responsiveness, as they take the time to offer tutorials and answer all of our questions.

The team is also consistently available at all times, so they’re always there whenever we need an update on the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they need to improve on because I’ve been very happy with the entire partnership.

We needed help with web development since everything is digital these days.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built two websites for us. Once we get the funding, we plan on building a third site. They also did Instagram marketing and SEO.

We work with three people from their team.

I was launching a crowdfunding campaign and wanted some help. I found them on a freelance platform.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent around $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2017, and our work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They helped bring my number of Instagram followers from a couple hundred to almost 18,000. On both of our sites, we started getting good SEO results. The team is extremely hard working and they’re very easy to talk to. Even when things get hectic and uncertain, they always keep a calm head.

How did Digie Crew perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve been using WhatsApp and Skype for project management.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their honesty and hard work really stand out. I know there are a lot of crooked companies out that, but this isn’t one of them. Last year, they even worked for free. They still work because they believe in the project. They’re always willing to learn at a fast pace.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s a bit of a cultural disconnect and sometimes their English isn’t the best, but their new intern is great at communication.
