Me and my sister are the founders and owners. We work in the graphic and visual communication field and mainly serve clients in the cultural sector.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digicy. , and what were your goals?

We have arranged Digicy to revise and improve our website for INES School Stories. Since the site was developed by us, but we still needed two different language versions (FR, IT), we urgently needed support for this.

How did you select Digicy., and what were the deciding factors?

We came across Digicy through a known friend. We finally made the decision to place the order with Digicy because Digicy impressed us with their excellent expertise, helpfulness and friendliness.

The scope of the order included the complete overhaul of the website. For this, Digicy mainly used the web development program Webflow.

two people, both working in the position of web development as well as frontend and backend.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

No.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management style was very good! We use tools like Slack for communication, but also Mail or What's App. Communication was very good, we never had to wait long for an answer to an important question.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Her courteous art and her excellent expertise. Digicy. is an uncomplicated agency in sense of communication and  much help with everything we needed.

We wanted to have a new website which is more userfriendly and innovative

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We know the founder of Digicy very well and completely trust his abilities. we always got provided with very professional services from Mr. Alves.

the project started with our old website as the foundation of the project. We recieved 2 designs to choose from and once we decided the layout we were working with 2 designers and a project manager which was the founder of Digicy himself. We had a narrow relationship during the whole time of the project.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

in total we worked with 2 designers and 1 project manager. Every detail we wanted has been considered and most of our inputs could be implemented in our new website

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the documentation is easy to read, informations can be found easier. our customers are happy with the new design of the website

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

the workflow between Digicy and us was effective. we were able to finalize our website in a reasonable amount of time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The project manager was always reachable and ready to take feedback, which I found most impressive. All of our feedback was implemented quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

not really. for a young company they provide a very professional service and we would hire them again.
