Make sure to take the time to get on a call with them to discuss your problems and needs, as opposed to just emailing them.

Thanks to years of experience in developing magic props, we have created a lot of innovative products. In order to promote these products, we need to build a web site. That's why we hire DigiAps LTD to build a web site for us.

DigiAlps LTD are professionals and have good communication skills. He can precisely catch our developing plan and do the right things.

First, we need to have a schematics for the web site. Second, we need someone who can quickly build up a web site according to our demand. The company taking our project does not only need to know our demand on web structure but also our marketing strategy. Most important of all, they must be with the coding ability.

There are 3 people working with our team. One is responsible the construction of the web, and one is reponsible for the artworks for all our products, and the other is doing Google SEO.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Basically, this web site is just beginning. However, I got a lot of feedbacks form European and American clients. Our target is to reach 100 orders for the first month, and then 200 orders for the second month, and by the end of the year, we hope to get 400 orders in total. They have embeded a very powerful plugin to improve the key words and SEO result. We are confident to reach this target.

Basically, they gave us the project review weekly. All progress looks quite on schedule. When they said it will be done tomorrow, it won't last to the day after tomorrow. Mostly , we communicate through WhattApp and email. Sometimes, we do Google meeting.

They never give up. Once they get an issue on the web construction, or an issue on marketing need, they will work very hard to work it out. Somehow, it might be able to cover their cost. They still spare no expenses to make it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they could start this project one month earlier, I think that will be better. Unfortunately, we know each other too late.

I generally am trying to keep busy, but not too busy. Right now I have a enough work so I just wanted the web site where I could modify it and get it ready when I was wanting more customers.

I was impressed with everything about the web site, especially the way he helped me create a logo and copy reviews from Upwork to the web site.

Ali prepared a professional site that is easy to update. I had never worked with WordPress before or any of the other technologies and Ali took the time to teach me how to use them .

I was very please with the current web site. It will be interesting to see what happens when I try to get more business.
