I’m the executive manager of AIPROM, an industry association representing companies that develop and distribute plant protection products in Romania. We promote the safe and responsible use of these products within the principles of sustainable agriculture.

What challenge were you trying to address with diARK Marketing?

We needed support to promote the activities of our association and change the public opinion, especially among consumers, about our industry.

What was the scope of their involvement?

diARK Marketing has designed and developed our website. The team has been responsible for the layout and technical implementation. Regarding content creation, we’ve contributed heavily because we know the industry and the stakeholders very well. Over time, diARK Marketing has learned a lot about our industry and has gotten involved in content creation.

We started working with diARK Marketing in March 2015, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since working with diARK Marketing, we’ve seen an increase in the number of people who attend our events and who access the social media channels managed by diARK Marketing. The team has gotten involved in many other projects as well. Our social media engagement has increased from 0 to over 10,000 followers. We’ve also seen positive changes in public perception, and a good part of that is clearly due to diARK Marketing’s work.Moreover, we’ve seen a massive increase in farmers who now wear individual protection equipment (PPE) when they work in greenhouses. They’re also more aware of the dangers posed to their health and the environment by illegal pesticides. In the third year of our project’s implementation in the Matca region, 94% of farmers found the use of PPE beneficial. The number of farmers using PPE in the target area increased 2.6 times after almost two years of project implementation. We’re often contacted by PPE dealers and farmers.Additionally, over 415,000 farmers have had the chance to watch the good agricultural practices movies produced by AIPROM, which feature the responsible use of PPE.

We’ve been working together for years, which says something about our satisfaction with their work and our collaboration.

I’m an operations manager of the Netherlands Romanian Chamber of Commerce (NRCC), a non-profit organization that supports and promotes Dutch-Romanian business relations by facilitating networking, knowledge sharing, and representing its members’ interests through events and advocacy in Romania.

I am the Executive Director. Our Chamber develops business relations between the Swiss and Romanian companies.

We were looking for a better image of our organization and a better communication campaign.

We chose DiArk based on their previous experience with other Chambers of commerce.

We began with a collaboration on Social Media - FB and LinkedIn - where they manage our posts. Then we extended it to visuals for our events, organization of online events, concept of newsletters.

We closely collaborate with the whole team - on different topics - and with the manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a better reach on Social Media and a betetr communciation with tour members than before.

They always respond quickly to our questions / requests and they understand correctly our needs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are close to the client, they have a person-centered approach that leads to efficiency and builds strong cooperation.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

For the moment, I do not see any.
