Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Executive Director. Our Chamber develops business relations between the Swiss and Romanian companies.

For what projects/services did your company hire diARK Marketing?

We were looking for a better image of our organization and a better communication campaign.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We chose DiArk based on their previous experience with other Chambers of commerce.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

We began with a collaboration on Social Media - FB and LinkedIn - where they manage our posts. Then we extended it to visuals for our events, organization of online events, concept of newsletters.

What was the team composition?

We closely collaborate with the whole team - on different topics - and with the manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a better reach on Social Media and a betetr communciation with tour members than before.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They always respond quickly to our questions / requests and they understand correctly our needs.

They are close to the client, they have a person-centered approach that leads to efficiency and builds strong cooperation.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

For the moment, I do not see any.
