Our cloud call center and PBX platforms are the result of experience and knowledge combined with the use of unique technologies. For what projects/services did your company hire DIAMATIX?
We were looking for a Cybersecurity company to audit and implement all required measures to protect our cloud infrastructure and services including all required controls for ISO27001 certification.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our selecting criteria was based on referrals from our partner ThingsLog, where Diamatix has completed an end-to-end Cybersecurity project to protect their cloud infrastructure. Our own criteria were to find a long-term partner to help us in this journey by providing SOC as a Service 24/7/365.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Diamatix as a first phase conducted a Cyber threat assessment, where we better understood security risks and posture, based on that report we ask Diamatix to prepare a complete cybersecurity solution to close all vulnerabilities including, FWaaS, WAFaaS, BaaS, DRaaS and managed services and SOC. Moreover, Diamatix help us implement internally cybersecurity policies and procedures in Callflow.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work with the CEO, and 5 team members of the company, including project manager, account manager, and 3 cybersecurity engineers.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have completely outsourced our IT Security activities to Diamatix, where we receive weekly detailed reports on activities and vulnerabilities and keep the cyber risk as low as possible.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Cybersecurity projects are complex, Diamatix created a customized workflow and project plan that had a clear responsibility for both companies and the project was completed on time.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
We choose Diamatix about their ability to strictly follow the SLA’s and quick response time to any cybersecurity or technical issues raised during the SOC ongoing project.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of Mercatus, an outsourcing company for lead generation, campaign management, inside sales, appointment setting, and activities connected to finding new business leads. We’re also the only channel support through western European companies that provide inbound customer support and level 1–3 technical support.
Apart from that, we’re also in charge of IT outsourcing where we recruit IT resources in Europe.

What challenge were you trying to address with DIAMATIX?
We had a need for IT and cybersecurity.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provided us with a full scope of cybersecurity services, covering laptops, infrastructure, cloud operations, firewalls, and antiviruses. They’re also managing the performance of our hardware infrastructure on a weekly basis. They purchased and installed equipment for our office which provides the VPN and remote working. DIAMATIX gave us the security to connect to the internet and work safely.
Furthermore, they provide us with regular consulting. We work with many international clients mainly from the US and UK, and they have additional criteria for cybersecurity, GDPR, and everything related to data protection. Aside from that, they also provide us with ongoing maintenance.
What is the team composition?
We work with 3–4 people and my main point of contact is their CEO who organized the whole activity.
How did you come to work with DIAMATIX?
Due to the fact that we work with a big cybersecurity vendor, DIAMATIX was recommended to us.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing partnership started in February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Considering that we provide European coverage, we do have several locations. Currently, our headquarters is based in Bulgaria, Sofia and we just opened our UK entity in London — we’ll be opening another office in London because we’re targeting UK clients. For the time being, we just have our main office in Bulgaria, but everything they’ve done has been excellent.
How did DIAMATIX perform from a project management standpoint?
The project management is excellent. They meet all the timelines without any delays, they’re very fast and prompt with feedback, and they have very competitive pricing. We mainly communicate via phone call, email, Slack, Teams, Zoom, and Trello.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We like that they have a good understanding of our business. They make suggestions of what’s needed in terms of IT, hardware, software, installation equipment, securities, and regulations — we initially didn’t know what our needs were, but they showed us what was suitable for our business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everything was great. There’s nothing I can think of for them to improve.

I would advise being honest with what’s needed so they can consult your business accordingly. If you need a cybersecurity company, this is the company for you.
