BACKGROUND

I am the Manager of Optimo Autohaus

Optimo Autohaus SRL is a Romania-based automotive dealership specializing in the sale and import of premium vehicles. We offer a wide selection of high-quality cars, both from our available inventory and through personalized vehicle sourcing upon request. Our services include vehicle sales, automotive imports, financing and leasing solutions, and professional assistance throughout the purchasing process. We focus on transparency, reliability, customer satisfaction, and delivering a seamless car-buying experience for individuals and businesses.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

• Build a digital presence that matches the prestige of the vehicles, since a luxury buyer judges the dealership by how the listing looks before they ever visit the showroom.
• Make every listing accurate in real time, so buyers can trust that a car shown online is actually available.
• Give the dealership staff one place to manage stock, removing the duplicated manual work of updating photos, prices and availability across channels.

SOLUTION

• Online Search
• Referral

• High ratings
• Great culture fit
• Good value for cost
• Company values aligned

The scope of the project involved the complete design and development of our company website, Optimo-autohaus.ro, with the goal of creating a modern, professional, and user-friendly online platform for our automotive business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

+180% increase in website traffic, driven by the redesign and improved SEO structure.

+150% growth in qualified leads, particularly from vehicle detail pages where buyer intent is highest.

+56% improvement in operational efficiency. Staff update stock in a single place and listings stay accurate automatically, instead of chasing photos and prices across systems.

dhero.studio demonstrated excellent project management throughout the entire process. Communication was clear, professional, and efficient, and they kept us informed about the project's progress at every stage.

They delivered everything on time and were always responsive to our questions, feedback, and requests. Whenever we needed adjustments or had new ideas, they were flexible, proactive, and quick to implement the necessary changes.

We particularly appreciated their attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to understanding our business needs. The entire collaboration was smooth and well-organized, making the website development process a positive and stress-free experience.

Their attention to detail, modern design approach, and ability to combine attractive visuals with excellent functionality really stood out.

We also appreciated their proactive communication, flexibility, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything met our expectations. The entire experience felt like working with a dedicated partner rather than just a service provider.
