I am the Vice-President of a student association

Our association was founded on November 8, 1979, with the purpose of defending the rights and interests of the 8,000 students of our university.

Over the past four decades, the association has established itself as an association with a prominent role both nationally and internationally in the scope of its original mission. It is now one of the most credible and respected associations, having been an integral part of several important phases of the associative movement, contributing to improvements in both Portuguese and European higher education and the youth movement.

We're organized into four social bodies: the General Assembly, the Board of Directors, the Fiscal Council, and the Assembly Table, with 33 association leaders. We also have several autonomous sections.

The team developed a visual identity that reflects the essence of the brand, with a consistent and suitable color palette, typography, and graphic elements that align with the desired positioning. The created identity presents visual coherence, ensuring that all elements complement each other and convey a strong and unified brand image.

Regarding the Instagram content, posts were designed to follow the guidelines established by the visual identity. The posts are structured to capture attention, strategically using the color palette and graphic elements in a cohesive way. The choice of themes and approaches appears aligned with the target audience, promoting clear and appealing visual communication.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Firstly, social media engagement provides a clear measure of the project's impact. An increase in the number of followers on platforms such as Instagram before, during, and after the event would reflect the campaign's effectiveness in attracting and retaining an audience. Engagement levels, represented by the volume of likes, shares, comments, and other interactions on posts, serve as a further indicator of success. A high engagement rate would suggest that the visual identity and content produced resonate with the target audience, effectively capturing their interest and encouraging interaction. Additionally, the reach and impressions metrics indicate the visibility of the posts, revealing how many people viewed the content and the frequency of those views, which underscores the campaign's potential for widespread impact.

Another key metric is the increase in event participation. By comparing attendance numbers from this event to previous years, it’s possible to evaluate the effect of the campaign's visual and communicative appeal.

The team delivered everything on time and demonstrated a willingness to make adjustments as needed. They were consistently available and responsive, showing flexibility and commitment to ensuring that the final output met all requirements.

We loved the designs from D'FRONT® Branding and Design. The new branding hasn’t been launched yet, but Jennifer (Creative Director) went above and beyond and provided more than we asked for.

D'FRONT® Branding and Design delivered on time and was quick. We communicated via virtual meetings.

There were a few minor communication issues at one point during the project between the contractor and DFront, but overall, things went smoothly; they were very patient and always available.

Email wasn't necessarily the best communication channel. There were several times when I forgot to reply to an email or took too long to do so. Working with D'Front was an incredibly smooth and efficient experience. Sebastião, who worked closely with us throughout the entire process, was exceptionally helpful and patient every step of the way.

We encountered some challenges with our servers and domain, but Sebastião made everything much easier. He responded to our emails within minutes and was always available by phone to assist us and clarify any questions we had.
