Our services range from prepping, shipping, logistics, storage, 3PL, inspection, and order management. Our warehouse is in the United States, United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We run a warehouse where we fulfill orders for our customers as FBA and FBM. We have hundreds of orders everyday, handing dozens of customers. We wanted a software that would manage our clients, their orders, shipping labels, inventory, reporting, and billing. We reached out to dexpel who instantly understood the project. The project was divided into three phases. 

Phase 1: 

• Getting customers on the portal (customized cloud based that they developed)
• Processing orders FBM via the portal 
• Printing shipping labels 

Phase 2:

• Managing clients products and inventory
• Real-time portal for the client who can now see their orders, inventory and billing 
• Client billing and stripe payment method
• Auto excel/pdf analytics 

Phase 3: 

• Advance reporting 
• Business intelligence and reporting to make major business decisions

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was perfectly divided into actionable phases. Dexpel divide the project into three phases, and on every phase we used to adapt the software and they would go into the next phase and upgrade the software. With every milestone the finances would work and it would be great for us as we felt confident in their work

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We were given access to a Trello board, and regular PDF reporting would come to us on emails. At the same time weekly meetings with their project manager was also part of the development. This gave us good confidence in their work and we used to understand things in a very well versed manner

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We believe that their communication, reporting, and work were more than satisfactory. We are already in talks with them to further enhance the software by adding barcoding, physical picking and much more. Dexpel's project management is very impressive and they have always been spot on as far as deliverables are concerned.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dexpel could have done differently?

When the project was qouted to us, we thought that it could have been more economical. But when we dove in and as the phases were being delivered, we got confident that they have not at all charged us a high premium This software has made our business so efficient and we regret not getting it earlier.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The project was a SaaS invoice management system where clients can signup on a retainer, and make invoices for their customers. We started off with jotting down the requirements and dexpel's business development was very technical and they helped us in making this project a reality. There understanding of developing the scope was outstanding, and right there and then we knew that we were working with the right team. 

We then kicked off the work with UI/UX, then DB, and then development. They setup a SLACK channel where we were getting constant updates, git pushes, versions that were being developed and we were doing testing time to time. Along the way we added some more features and they were very accomodating. Finally the project was launched after 4 months as beta, and then we started digital marketing by 6th month.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was spot on and error free. It was aligned with our vision as to what we wanted to create. The customers feedback was amazing and they love using our new platform

Their management was outstanding. They regularly updated us on SLACK, Whats App etc. Regular versions were uploaded on staging which we could test drive and then tweek Their management was really nice for us.

Their understanding of the project was the deciding factor. They were so aligned with our vision that we got so comfortable and they shared all the burden of this project

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dexpel could have done differently?

I can't think of any, would highly recommend them and will always go to their doors for any new project
