We requested DexBytes to build us a web based platform that can pull orders in from all eCommerce platforms. Once pulled in we wanted to be able to manage all of them from our software. We needed to be able to create labels, handle returns, payments, etc from our software.

Measurable outcomes were set by sprints which were based around large tasks that were essential to the goal of the software. Meaning everytime we made a connection to a eCommerce paltform (walmart, etc.) that was a measurale outcome of success and demonstrated progress on the project.
