DevSignal helped us source and onboard senior developers who became an integral part of our team. Their scope of work included building out the core Knownlenders platform — from front-end user flows and loan application interfaces, to back-end systems for credit checks, compliance, and payment integrations. The key deliverables included setting up secure account creation, integrating with credit bureaus and payment providers, and ensuring the platform could scale as we grow. Beyond pure coding, the developers contributed ideas, improved workflows, and acted as true partners in helping us shape the product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We successfully launched core features like borrower onboarding, credit bureau integrations, and automated payment flows. The developers they provided allowed us to hit critical milestones on time, reduce engineering costs, and position Knownlenders to scale.

Instead of managing developers on our behalf, they allowed us to fully integrate these engineers into our own team and manage output directly. This gave us the flexibility and control we wanted, while still benefiting from their vetting process and ongoing support. The developers they placed ramped up quickly, delivered on time, and were highly responsive to our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most about DevSignal was the quality of their vetting process and how quickly they could connect us with top-tier talent. Unlike agencies that act as middlemen, DevSignal gave us direct access to developers who felt like part of our own team from day one. Their combination of speed, trust, and flexibility allows us to scale quickly without sacrificing quality or control.

Compared to other hiring models we’ve tried, DevSignal offers excellent value. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something DevSignal could have done differently?

Overall, our experience with DevSignal has been excellent. If there’s one area for improvement, it would simply be continuing to expand the pool of available talent across different specialties so we have even more options to choose from in the future. That said, their ability to quickly deliver strong developers has already exceeded our expectations.

we got a new project to build a fintech web and mobile app for which we need experienced devs but we didn't have time to hire in-house and do all the vetting. Instead, we searched for services where we can find already vetted devs and we found devsignal through a reference. 

we requested them to give us 3 - 4 devs specialized in tech like JS - web and mobile and they matched us with all 3 of them within 24 hrs (i still don't know how they do it but it's amazing!) deliverables: 

1. found us the pre-screened devs and matched within a day 
2. we started our trial and really liked their communication and service 
3. their management throughout is just amazing and we're still working with them

We need a dev for one of our products/project that we are building. We scheduled a call with DevSignal as their offer was unbelievably great so we had to try. Turned out, there service was indeed great and quick as they listened to our hiring needs for devs and helped us find amazing devs within couple of days. As they are specialized dev hiring agency so we were looking for specific service. We wanted to hire in-house, fast and direct so we didn't go with Upwork.

They delivered the outcome would be understatement. I don't know how they do it as their offer is unmatchable but still they manage to get our requirements, find devs and presented us relevant profiles all within 48 hrs. They were super active in responding to our emails and very friendly. They even offered us a discount for the next time.

Their offer was super impressive, fast, and provided more than the original scope. Low-key they are selling it for very cheap lol. They also offer money-back guarantee and don't ask for any upfront ! which is great. I was very happy with their service, which was A+.

Nothing that I could think of on top of my head.
