The primary objective of this project was to develop a state-of-the-art eCommerce WebApp platform that seamlessly integrates front-end and back-end components. The WebApp will serve as a dynamic and secure platform, empowering customers to explore, select, and purchase products, while also providing the client with comprehensive admin functionalities for efficient order management, product inventory control, and customer management.

Our product is based on funding from a European Union research project to develop a membrane bioreactor. As a part of it, Devsarch was contacted to help develop a website for the product which is user friendly, that we could also edit ourselves where needed and an AI based chatbot was provided to answer the FAQs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Regular updates and meetings could show us the progress of our work. Both website and 3D animation video was iterated for few times to achieved the desired final product and the project was delivered on time

They were extremely accomodating to our needs. We went through several iterations to revise the video. Despite that they were able to deliver the final website and video on time. Excellent project management and service.

We were impressed with how accommodating they were to our needs and how they helped us achieve the look we imagined. As compared to other companies where 3 revisions are more than usual for a project, Devsarch provided us excellent results.

The project aimed to enhance our software platform's capabilities through comprehensive frontend and backend development, coupled with optimizations in operational infrastructure. 
The team led significant enhancements, using React for frontend development and Laravel/PHP for backend operations, which included developing user interfaces, processing large CSV imports, managing extensive photo file uploads, and integrating processed data into our cloud platform for customer access and third-party collaborations. 
Additionally, the team streamlined our Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, which increased deployment frequency and efficiency, and managed critical system monitoring and infrastructure configurations using tools like CloudWatch and Terraform. Their collective efforts were pivotal in improving system performance, enhancing user engagement, and ensuring smooth, frequent software deliveries.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The work completed with Devsarch significantly improved the stability of our codebase, leading to reduced regressions and better system uptime. This enhancement allowed us to respond more effectively to customer needs, align with our business goals, and deliver software updates with greater confidence. As a result, we experienced shorter release cycles and enhanced user satisfaction, reflecting the overall success and efficiency of the project.
