The main project leader truly understood our needs and always had the right levels of extra team capacity as and when we needed it. His ability to stay on top of the project and second guess our needs was extremely impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something devroom could have done differently?

The fact that we could scale up and down team members was brilliant. It would have been nice if we always had the same extra personnel but of course, that is hard to expect when they are working on demand and end up on other projects.
Perhaps they could have told us in advance of other things they had on so we could have booked team member time early for people we would have wanted back.
