We needed web design for our business; we only had a simple landing page but not an actual website. We have an extensive product line, and we needed to present over 4,000 items to our customers.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DEVNRISE Web Agency started by outlining the website's structure in terms of information and product placement — our goal was to push our products to the market, so we started our collaboration by defining our main goal. They developed a modern, responsive, and custom design for all types of devices and also did SEO and Google Ads. They also provide monthly reports on the results of our efforts and what our positions are in the search engines for specific products.

We’re a small city, and internet traffic here isn’t big; people could get up to 1 million visitors in the US in a week. Here, I get 1,000 visitors in three months, so we needed several months to get enough data and information to optimize our SEO strategy and refine our keywords. 

The website they developed for us was built from scratch using Modex; initially, we wanted an e-commerce type of website, but they suggested that Modex would be best for our customers.

We gained some big customers thanks to how our new website is built. Also, our image is growing day by day — they understand what they’re doing.

We agreed on a plan of what we wanted to accomplish by the end of this year. So far, they’ve done everything on time. We’re also in close contact, and it’s easy to schedule a meeting with them. In addition to that, they’re great at telling me what’s possible and not for my ideas. 

We usually communicate over the phone and by email. They also have a ticket system available, and if I need to talk about an idea or something related to payment, I can reach out directly to them.

They listen to me, try to understand my goals, and deliver a solution.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — everything is good, and we plan to continue our collaboration together.
