I’m the COO of KREGIME, a UAE-based e-commerce brand curating personalized Korean skincare regime boxes designed around individual skin goals.

What challenge were you trying to address with Devigners?

We needed help designing and developing our e-commerce website to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience across mobile, desktop, and iPad devices.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Devigners has designed and developed our e-commerce website. The team has created an intuitive navigation system, an optimized personalization flow for skincare regime selection, and integrated a secure payment gateway. Devigners has also built core e-commerce functionalities such as subscription options (3- and 6-month plans), discount code functionality, and gifting options for customers.Moreover, Devigners has implemented automated customer email notifications, customer review integration, and delivery partner integrations to enable smooth order fulfillment and tracking. Overall, their deliverables have focused on creating a seamless, conversion-driven shopping experience from product personalization through checkout and delivery.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Devigners has delivered a fully functional, scalable e-commerce platform that has successfully launched on time and met all technical and UX objectives. The team has achieved a smooth end-to-end customer journey, from skincare personalization to checkout and delivery, with reliable payment processing and automated customer communications.Post-launch, we’ve observed improved user engagement, reduced drop-off during the checkout process, positive customer feedback on ease of use across devices, and a stable system capable of supporting subscriptions, promotions, and ongoing marketing activities. Overall, the platform has provided a strong foundation for sales growth, customer retention, and future feature expansion.Specifically, session duration has increased, indicating stronger user interaction with the personalization flow. Mobile usability improvements have led to higher completion rates on smartphones and tablets. We’ve also observed a reduction in checkout drop-off due to a simplified checkout process, faster load times, and seamless payment gateway integration. Subscription sign-ups and successful first-time checkouts have improved, and customer feedback consistently highlights the ease of navigating the site and completing purchases.

We’re most impressed with Devigners’ proactive approach and strategic thinking beyond just development. They consistently suggest ideas to increase customer interaction, improve UX, and encourage repeat visits. Their recommendations focus on making the website more user-friendly while also supporting traffic growth and customer retention. Rather than simply executing tasks, they contribute valuable insights that help strengthen the overall customer journey and long-term performance of the platform.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only area for improvement would be planning ahead for short or time-sensitive deadlines, particularly those that fall over weekends. As a skincare brand in Dubai, weekends are peak periods for social media engagement, so having certain items prepared slightly earlier would help avoid last-minute fixes. With better forward planning around these timelines, the workflow could be even smoother.

We launched the platform, which has now over 6000 subscribers to our newsletter and we have enhanced the website significantly since the launch.

Devigners has been the developer and the designer of ILSInitiative.com. The website initially was called Islamandsustainability.org. They have designed, developed the website and also the admin pannel supporting the webiste. The development of the admin pannel has required Laravel and different types of languages and also a good grasp of Generative AI tools.

They have also supported in the branding, particularly as we have now rebranded from Islamandsustainability.org to ILSinitiave.com. In addition they also help me with the email and social media marketing.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Launching the website on time and their flexibility in accomodating changes to the webiste and particularly now that we have rebranded.

The website has attracted attention and now we are evolving our model towards incorporating trainings and other offerings.

They have been delivering on time and if there are any delays, there is an open channel of communication.

They response time is usually quick and this is helpful.

I am a strong believer to look for areas of improvement, i.e the sky is the limit.

I have an open channel of communication and hence one of things for ILSInitiative.com, I would say I would like them to consider to enhancing the design.
