3-5 people from the vendor's team with one Technical Project Manager running tasks on their end. There was an Engineering Lead as well as a small group of general WordPress developers working underneath them.

Incredibly pleased not only with the deliverables but also the attention to detail and timeliness with communication. Even with an hour difference, we knew if a task was going to run behind and didn't have to follow up, chase people down etc -- we were consistently communicated with in a proactive manner.

Communication was in Asana and Slack primarily. Any areas that had questions, concerns or timeline adjustments after reviewing task requirements were always communicated to us.

Main feedback we have - we are happy with the outcomes. Some of the results are even better then we expected. From SEO perspective the solution was also good(based on marketing team feedback)
