We needed a part time Android developer to work closely with our Scrum team - QA tester, project manager, backend developer and iOS developer. Responsible of understanding specs, asking clarifications, estimations and forecasts based on clarified specs - including design, mocks, process diagrams and other details - executing those specs into testable Android builds and fix any defects may be found on QA.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Developing the Android features within projected timeline, delivering working builds and the new features acting like in the specs without producing defects. Submitting the code within the established practices on git, updating tickets in Jira accordingly, efficiently communicating blockers or unclear aspects. Being available on slack for various topics from status updates to various tech questions.

We are happy with how the Android developer generally performed. He communicate effectively and executes ok for our needs.

Designing a new website from scratch using short instructions. The designs had to meet all kinds of conditions, for example tables in the website could contain tens of thousands of records

Deviark team created the design from scratch and supported the project for almost a year. In the end we've received a final set of screens that was shared with the coding team and applied to the website. Our website is still running and is using the designs made by the Deviark team

Most of the design were delivered fast, because of our short task descriptions the designer needed sometimes additional instructions to complete the task. Our website is pretty complex so this was to be expected
