We were looking to develop a mobile app for both platform android and IOS. API in node js and mango db. Admin Panel to manage the app

They are young professionals found on LinkedIn. Technology stack was the major factor to finalize the contract. The DevHerds team works in latest hybrid app technology Flutter.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The team were excellent in terms of performance, Quality and timed delivery. They gave suggestions to improve the UI/UX. Delivered the project on time and did couple of updates after first version in period of maintenance.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

For daily communication their whole team was on slack. For project management they used Jira for task allocation and bug tracking. For code management used Bitbucket. Did the job within defined time line.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were adaptive, and they worked with an agile style. We requested couple of few changes during development and they just did it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they're already doing a great job, they are growing their team and I can just wish them best of luck for a bright future.
