• Auto-posting reliability increased to 99 percent, with daily schedules delivered at the correct time and previous day posts cleaned up automatically.
• Time zone, credit handling, and server validation are all functioning accurately, demonstrating strong attention to detail and stable logic implementation.
• Footer integration and on-demand schedules page worked flawlessly, with clean formatting, fast load times, and no reported user errors.

Excellent project management throughout the engagement. The developer broke work into clear milestones, provided regular status updates, and proactively addressed issues as they came up. Deadlines were met consistently, and the overall workflow was smooth and well-coordinated.

What stood out most was the developer’s strong sense of values. They were very clear about what they were comfortable building and what they were not, and I appreciated their honesty. They personalize their approach and make decisions with integrity, which is rare.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Developers Den could have done differently?

One area for improvement would be clearer expectations around pricing. I was surprised that the enhancements after the MVP ended up costing more than the MVP itself. More upfront clarity on how future work will be estimated would help avoid surprises.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Developers Den has delivered a working prototype that works well without too many complications. Although we still have to improve it a bit, the team has far exceeded our expectations for an MVP. For example, we’ve reached our goal of 50% growth in active users per month 35% quicker than planned.

How did Developers Den perform from a project management standpoint?

Developers Den’s project management is good. The team delivers on time and within budget, which is uncommon for developers. Our primary forms of communication have been virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Developers Den’s all-around skills and knowledge are impressive. Their communication skills are also great. The team almost always responds within a few hours, even though there’s a time difference.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only thing Developers Den could improve is being more transparent about what they have to do to make certain things work. Sometimes, I feel like small things take a lot of time, but in fact, they appear small to me but are big things to develop.
