Deveit provides high-quality contact data for firms. The team has delivered data for geographies we’ve provided with minimal data to provide to them. The team has mainly provided LinkedIn URLs as we enrich most of the remaining data points ourselves. Deveit has done this for multiple contacts per firm and tagged the contacts to the specific asset classes.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Deveit has delivered around 400 contacts in a week, including 400 firms reviewed and 300 firms with contacts. Each firm has one to seven contacts. Overall, the data has given us the freedom to not find contacts ourselves.

How did Deveit perform from a project management standpoint?

Deveit has delivered before deadlines. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Roman is very good. Moreover, their ability to learn what contacts we want is very fast with minimal instructions. When they’re stuck, they ask questions so their output can be to the best of their abilities.

Alongside this, they were contracted to create a dynamic landing page service, enabling our clients to craft customized landing pages that effectively promote their services. Additionally, the project scope included integrating payment functionalities to facilitate smooth transaction processes. 
The deliverables for this project included the deployment of a fully-functional business directory with advanced search capabilities, a user-friendly landing page builder with customizable templates and analytics integration, and a secure, efficient payment system to support e-commerce activities.

The outcomes from the project spearheaded by Deveit were highly favorable, marked by a significant uptick in user engagement, as demonstrated by increased daily active users and longer session durations. There was also a notable improvement in conversion rates from the newly implemented landing pages, further boosting sign-ups and customer interactions. Additionally, the integration of new payment functionalities led to a marked increase in transaction volumes and overall revenue, underlining the system’s efficacy and user trust.

It was a top level communication. We have weekly status meetings, in addition they’re always responsive on Slack and do what they promise. We never had any hard deadlines, so hard to say. But our projects are ongoing infrastructure improvements and upgrades and they were never postponed

Their personable approach was impressive. Very high competence, learned a lot from them. Sometimes got good suggestions about things we didn’t think of.
