For what projects/services did your company hire Devalent?

We needed a machine learning auto optimizer built into our performance tracking platform to send traffic to the best converting offer automatically based on granular data points we collect.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed this tool to send traffic to the best converting offers based on past performance. The tool will send a certain % of traffic to test different offers in order to see if something is performing better. If a better performer is found it will send the majority of traffic automatically to the new best converting offer.

They were selected out of a pool of 10 applicants. Based on our discussion they were the most knowledgeable in our industry.

They designed, built and implemented the machine learning tool to handle the auto optimizations from scratch.

We worked with 1 of their team members.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This tool has increase our productivity and revenue by over 100% so far. I expect this tool to add hundreds of thousands of dollars in new revenue to our business over the next 12 months.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Communication was done via slack and development was managed via bitbucket.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their knowledge and experience was the best I've found for this specific task in my industry. They communicated throughout the process (and after as questions came up), were on time, on budget, provided great documentation within the code as well as a written doc that explained everything.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Everything was amazing. They went above and beyond what we expected.

We hired Devalent to help us develop our pre-launch website.

How did you select Devalent and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with Devalent in the past to develop working prototypes. Artem and the team have been great to work with, responsive, and deliver on target and budget.

Devalent developed our website and an API for it. We used Amazon Web Services to host it. It has Node.js on the back-end and JavaScript on the front-end.

We worked with a dedicated team of frontend and backend developers, QA, and Artem.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Every person we've met with to share our brand and vision has been excited and impressed. The website and working prototype has been pivotal in us securing seed funding.

Consistent, clear communication. We remained well apprised of project status through Slack and Jira.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Response times. Artem and his team are very quick to communicate and ship.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only challenge we faced was availability due to timezone differences, but we easily managed.
