And they were able to get the Hubspot code on our website while keeping the scores that high! They also have a monthly web developer maintenance plan that we purchased and they're able to fix any technical SEO errors, implement web design edits we need, offer advice and anything else we need! What stands out the most about this company is the ease and speed of communication with them. Additionally, the technical solutions they offer are always top-notch and well-thought-out.

Perhaps an area for improvement would be their task management. Enhancing their "to-do" system could prevent overlooking certain elements and save time from having to review outstanding tasks repeatedly.

We provide commercial real estate brokerage compliance services. I am the founder and president.

For what projects/services did your company hire Deutrix, and what were your goals?

We provide compliance services in forty-six (46) states. Each state has a different set of rules that need to be filed. There was no solution available on the market, so I hired Deutrix to help me build a custom solution. We wanted to have as much automation as possible built into our system so we could minimize mistakes and increase our effective compliance.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found Deutrix through a referral and I chose to work with them because they are very professional and have a commanding knowledge of web development and could meet my goals.

Most of our project was built on Laravel and PHP. I wanted something that could be accessed from anywhere by myself or my client. Due to the amount of states we cover, there are more than 1,000+ different scenarios that can occur. So we first put all cards on the table to identify the most common groupings and from there we began to build the wireframe and a concept for process. From that came milestones and from there we started building "to do" cards on Jira and we just worked through all issues from start to finish until the project was satisfactory.

I worked with a project manager and lead developer. At my direction, I had internal people that work for me testing the commits.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Its hard to measure because we have so so many variables that are addressed. What I can say is that without the custom technology solution, I would have to hire three (3) additional employees and I would have to accept a degree of error that comes with employees, whereas with technology, there are none.

The project management style is very responsive and easy to work with. They were flexible with me and willing to work with me on my preference. We started using Trello, then we moved to Jira.

They had great attention to detail, and they were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. In my experience these are rare qualities, and in my opinion they are the most important qualities.

No recommendations for improvement. They are better than satisfactory at every measure.

As part of our SaaS solution we provide free Wordpress websites to our customers. Deutrix built and maintains the theme that all of these websites use. We needed a partner who could not only build a theme but help us build out websites for customers.

We ran a trial with 5 companies to build a WP site. Deutrix was the fastest and built the best website.
