I'm the administrator president of Elvrogest SA, a supply chain, logistics, and transport company. We focus on import, export, sourcing, and trading.

What challenges were you trying to address with DesignYourWeb?

We engaged DesignYourWeb to build the complete digital presence for Elvrogest SA, our Swiss-registered international trading and sourcing company. The objectives were both strategic and technical — we required more than a website; we needed a credibility infrastructure that would support our international commercial operations.
As a supplier active on Alibaba, our buyers from the UAE, Germany, Bangladesh, North America, and across Europe need to verify, before placing any order, that Elvrogest SA is a legitimate, professionally structured Swiss company. DesignYourWeb was tasked with translating that trust into a digital experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

DesignYourWeb has designed and developed a complete one-page corporate website for Elvrogest SA, covering strategy, copywriting, and brand identity. Key deliverables include a multilingual website (EN/FR/DE), full copywriting across all sections, an Alibaba Trade Assurance integration with direct order CTA, a six-service overview aligned with our import/export and sourcing operations, a social proof and testimonials system, and a documented brand color palette. 
They've also provided strategic consultation on positioning the site as a trust platform for international buyers rather than a standard product showcase.DesignYourWeb's scope is focused on front-end design, content, and brand strategy. There's no backend development or database integration required for this project. 
The Alibaba integration is handled through direct linking to our Trade Assurance storefront rather than a custom technical build. No ongoing support contract is established, though they remain responsive throughout the delivery and revision process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since Elvrogest SA launched recently, long-term metrics are still developing. However, the immediate measurable outcomes are clear: Formal data collection is still in its early stages given the recent launch. However, the initial signals have been positive:We're a company that launched five days before engaging DesignYourWeb. The fact that we're already receiving buyer inquiries that reference the website as a trust signal is, in itself, a meaningful early outcome.
Anecdotally, yes — and the quality shift has been more notable than the volume. Prior to the website, buyer interactions were initiated entirely through Alibaba with no external reference point. Since launch, inquiries are arriving with more context — buyers are introducing themselves with their company name, location, and specific product requirements rather than generic opening messages. 
That signals they've done their research before reaching out, which the website directly enables.

How did DesignYourWeb perform from a project management standpoint?

DesignYourWeb's project management is highly efficient and straightforward. Communication is direct and responsive, which eliminates unnecessary delays and keeps the project moving at a steady pace. They understand the brief quickly and execute the work without requiring constant oversight from our team.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most is their strategic insight and their ability to challenge and reframe our initial brief. We originally approached DesignYourWeb with a standard request for a corporate website. Instead of simply executing a basic design, they immediately identified that our true need was a digital "trust platform" to validate our Swiss credibility for international buyers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If there's one area for slight improvement, it would be in the initial onboarding phase. Providing a brief, documented roadmap outlining the specific project phases and expected timelines right at the kickoff would have been helpful for our internal planning. However, this is a very minor operational point. Once the work began, the actual execution was seamless, and the overall experience remained highly professional and efficient throughout the entire engagement.
