In fact, our app store rating has increased to 4.7 from 4.3. Our users have said that the app is easy to use, fun to navigate, and helps them share their workouts and progress.Moreover, we’ve noticed that our average app time has increased by 10 minutes, and we’re gaining more global traction from 10+ countries.

We hired them to design our videoconferencing platform, which supports both one-on-one and one-to-many video calls. The scope included designing the full user interface for the video call experience, the user flow for creating and scheduling a call, and the user profile section where people can view upcoming calls and book a spot. All designs were created with responsive behavior in mind, ensuring a smooth experience across desktop and mobile devices.

Thanks to the designs, we were able to move quickly into development with confidence, and early feedback from internal stakeholders has been very positive.

Their project management was excellent. They delivered everything on time and were very flexible throughout the process. They accepted all our change requests without hesitation and adapted the design to fit our needs perfectly. The only minor issue we encountered was with the initial payment process, the first payment link was in dollars, which caused a bit of friction since we're a European-based company.

We hired DesignMe to craft the visual identity for our company, Quotient, including our brand design, logo, typography, and color palette. Initially, our collaboration focused on establishing a distinctive brand identity, but we expanded the project scope to also include our investor pitch deck, homepage design for our website, and several social media assets like banners and profile visuals.

The deliverables were meticulously presented as Figma mockups, which allowed us to clearly visualize and refine our ideas through multiple rounds of feedback. Our company had a very ambitious project to rebrand our current branding to a 2.0 version as we continued to move up market and improve our prescence in the SaaS space.

We had researched a number of design agencies and partners who could help our lean design team accomplish our goal in 6 - 12 months. Fortunately, as Lead Designer, I was intune with the design community on X. I had been following DesignMe's founder, Adrian, for 3 years and been a fan of his design work and ebooks he had released on the platform.

So when I saw Adrian was was starting his own design agency and his landing page, I knew his agency would be the right partner for our business. Also, Designme's monthly subscription model with the level of tweaking and revisions we'd need to accomplish our large website was the perfect model. Removing project scopes, the back and forth that often comes from large projects that have multiple revisions and that change overtime made it the right fit for our business.

As I reflect back on our project, we ended up with an awesome partner who worked while we slept. With DesignMe working in Poland (6 hour time difference to U.S. Eastern time), it made it extremely easy to work together earlier in the morning before noon and then we could leave feedback for the next day. From there, we'd wake up to our feedback for our new webpages already being completed by the time we'd check in the next day. We've worked with designers abroad before and this workflow has always been effective.

Utlimately, from March 2024 to January 2025 (roughly 10 months) we went through 6 rounds for our Brand Sprint to reach a brand our executives were proud to expand on further. From there, we ended up together creating over 110+ individual website pages, 20+ animations and thousands of individual assets across our entire website. 

I've evaluated hundred of designers portfolios and design work and I can strongly say DesignMe has elite and top tier talent on their team to get your next project completed! They can move extremely fast and adapt to the growing needs of your business. Our project started with certain needs and expanded rapidly with more ideas for new pages we needed. DesignMe was able to take that work load and continue to chip away at every new webpage we added. We'd provide feedback, review as a team and then pass development to our developer seamlessly.

I would hire their agency again for our next massive project. We found their lead designer, Dom, to be extremely easy to work with and his quality of work spoke for itself. Our own design team also learned a ton of new methods on how to improve our own design work.

DesignMe was a great partner that helped us fulfill our goal of rebranding our very large website. We look forward to promoting and getting as much traffic as possible to our new website in 2025! Looking forward to reaping the rewards from all their hard work this last year collaborating together.

• We have 110+ New Web Pages - we've developed 55+ ourselves so far and look forward to completing the remaining pages in Q1.
• A few metrics that have DesignMe contributed to:

  • User Conversion Rate is up 11% from last year
• We have 1000+ new assets that we can reuse and pull from now that DesignMe created that we can now repurprose for marketing assets and advertising along with future pages we build ourselves.

We personally managed the project through our company's Monday.com account. As lead designer, I was heavily involved as a project manager to communicate our stakeholders needs along with communicating the best ways to design and work with our company. Since our project was so large, we were in constant daily communication or at least speaking 2-3 times per week on progress.

DesignMe did provide their own Project Manager, Designer, Animator and a handful of additional employees throughout our engagement as we requested specific needs. 

DesignMe was timely with providing new assets, it really depends on how your business operates. The quicker the feedback and faster you can provide assets like copy for hyper-specific page types will determine how successful your partner can be. 

The more you can partner together versus just expecting them to figure out what's best for your business, the more successful you will be. I found their team to be very knowledgeable about best practices and how to deliver high-quality design work.

Their lead designer, Dom, was a very high quality designer who was able to accomplish an extremely large volume of work. Dom provided a ton of high quality work that I could then slightly tweak as a designer to fit our company's exact needs. We would have hourly design collobaration meetings every Tuesday, once a week and it made for a great use of time to accomplish our project goals.

Also, I found the organization of the project and way we adapted the project together over the last 10 months created some phenomenal results.

The uniqueness of the company was being one of the first design agencies I've seen embrace the subscription model. Having a partner who we didn't have to go back and forth on pricing every few weeks to be really refreshing. We paid the same price every month or slighly increased our engagement as we needed additional resources like a webflow developer for a week then an animator we added to the team for about 2 months.

DesignMe was able to onboard new employees that helped us fulfill our latest goals.

I would be interested in seeing how they worked on Project Management with other clients, we used Monday.com which was our own company's workflow which was managed by our own lead designer who operated as our team's project manager. However, DesignMe did have another Project Manager, Luke, who was an asset for keeping the project organized on their end. 

As an agency going into their 2nd year as a company, I can only imagine operations will continue to be streamlined but I personally found their company to be very efficient and quick to respond to our feedback. They also gave slack updates as needed as webpages and animations were being finished.

The project focused on creating a new brand identity and website for our company (Droxy). For the brand identity, the team created a new visual style including colors, fonts, and a new logo. They worked with us through several versions until we were happy with the final design that matched our company's goals.

We asked for a complete website redesign, which became the main focus of the project. The team designed a modern landing page, pricing page, and blog section. They created custom graphics and illustrations for every part of the website. Our site was built in Framer and works well on both desktop and mobile devices. The new website includes all the key sections we needed: a strong opening section showing our product, our main features, solutions for different industries, how our product works, customer testimonials, pricing options, and frequently asked questions.

To make sure our website content was clear and effective, the team ran a workshop with us to understand how to best describe our product. They helped us write better content for all parts of the website and organize information in a way that makes sense to our customers.

They also created marketing materials we needed, including designs for social media and banners for our LinkedIn and Twitter profiles. This helps us keep our brand looking consistent everywhere we show up online.

For the technical part, they built everything in Framer, making sure our website loads quickly and looks good on all devices. They added smooth animations to make the site feel more polished and professional.

Excellent project management capability, mostly centralized in one person (Luke) who orchestrates the projects' tasks and aligns the efforts to the needs. Very able to switch priorities on the fly and to jump on issues as needed.
