I’m the CEO of Sparol Solutions Limited, a professional cleaning service.

What challenge were you trying to address with Designekta Enterprises?

We needed a website and a web domain registered. We also needed a party that would maintain our back-office activities in terms of operating our systems on the website and also watching our emails and protecting us from viral attacks.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our website. They also do promotional materials for us. They design them for us and we put them out there.

I had one main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Designekta Enterprises?

I knew about the owner way back when I was still in university. From our interactions, I liked how good he was when it comes to IT. I always had his contact information. I knew that he opened a firm and when we were looking for someone to do a website, amongst all the companies I interviewed, they appeared to be more experienced in what they showcased to me.

We spent less than $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2019, and the work is ongoing.

We’ve been able to get a lot of new clients through the website and promotional materials.

How did Designekta Enterprises perform from a project management standpoint?

In the process of setting up the website, my point of contact established a WhatsApp group where his partners were pulled in to work on my assignment. There were three different parties that were in that group. Communication was easy. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I can reach them at any time. They’re good in terms of delivery, and they have the experience. They’re really dynamic and flexible. They don’t put money first. They deliver the work for you and you can always negotiate and agree on a figure to pay them. When you point something out that you feel wasn’t well done, they respond quickly and work on it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re not really well structured in terms of the information flow. Sometimes I’d ask a question, and it would take time for my contact to get back with an answer. If they could create a system where the other team members can interact directly with the client, that would be better.

They’re good people to work with.

NNK Staff Sacco core business is savings and credit to members.  It has a membership of about 100 people mainly from law firms. We offer the following products to our members, development loans, school fees loans, holiday loans, emergency loans and refinancing loans.

We also hold Education forums once per year for our members and invite professionals with finance background.

we evaluated a number of online IT co. providers basing on the efficiency, cost, and reviews from customers and we found them to be good.

The project was agreed upon by the company stakeholders and views from the employees and customers on how to improve our services. However, most of them suggested us to have a website where clients can order a service through it and get feedback. This really reduced the tough competition from our competitors and brought us on the level ground.
