We had a functional website, but it wasn’t meeting our needs. Thus, we needed a company to revamp our website under the same name, and we needed a social media integration.

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we provided Designekta with the necessary information for them to redesign our website, including the content we wanted on it. We requested an about us page detailing when we were founded, as well as a meet our team section with all the personal profiles of our staff members. Additionally, we asked them to include a portfolio page with all the companies and clients we’d worked with in the past.

Designekta handled every aspect of the project, from the design to the backend development. They also did a social media integration, creating social media pages and links for LinkedIn and Twitter to link our profiles to our website. Currently, we have them on a retainer contract in case our website needs updates and maintenance.

Since I began working with Designekta, my business has gone public. We’ve seen an increase in the number of inquiries that we receive, and some callers already know what business I do despite me not sharing that information. 

The graphic design that Designekta did has also given my business a very good image that people can identify with. It is very appealing and I’m really happy with the way they did it.

Designekta Studios initially offered us web design services, but we asked them to create our company logo first since we didn't have one at that time. They built our logo after conducting extensive research about our industry and product offerings, and they also devised our business portfolio.

Upon accomplishing their initial deliverables, Designekta Studios ultimately proceeded with designing our website. We provided them with all the product descriptions and company information to be featured on the platform, and they implemented all the necessary design solutions.

It was easier for us to market our brand since their team already elevated its quality by producing an attractive logo and a well-designed website. Additionally, our customer acquisition rate drastically improved because their team's marketing efforts efficiently positioned us within our target market — we even secured customers outside our location.

Their dedication and speed of response was quite excellent and they also shared various design options that were of very high quality. They were time conscious and were flexible to adjust to changes. They are quite reliable and I would recommend them to all companies.

The Key Contact Person John was very understanding and could easily be reached. They are very effective with their workflow deliverables.

They go beyond what you ask them and they provide you with various designs to chose from the best. They are also pocket friendly if you are looking to work on tight budget.

At the moment nothing of concern. Just wishing the best in their deliverables and to urge them to keep up their excellent work.

In terms of design, the website looks great. The team gives us suggestions on how to run our platform. Designekta Enterprises SEO efforts are also paying off because we’re seeing an improvement in our rankings and Google searches.

Our relationship has been great because they are openly giving their insights and opinions on what’s best for our website. We work together really well and our collaboration is going great.

The team works hard to meet the timelines that they give and when something comes up that could hinder them, they immediately communicate about that to us. We keep in touch through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Overall, their project management, communication, and timeliness are okay.

Designekta Enterprises’ designs are impressive. They show their creativity through their designs, particularly on the marketing banners. The young team has a lot of potential and determination.

We would say that their service is 80% out of 100%. The remaining 20% is the team’s room for improvement. They should still have room to improve in terms of design and getting the timelines correct.

For a travel agency, we don’t really work in an office that much. Our work is based on what people see on the internet so we needed a platform whereby we can market our business widely.

After they created the website for us, which was so beautiful, our business improved. We started getting more exposure and people could trust us more. When you are working just with Facebook people will trust you, but not that much. After we had our own official website, most people had some kind of trust in our travel agency. Over this time, we have really grown, and I think it was a positive thing that we added to the company.

We mostly used WhatsApp, calls, and email to communicate. We communicated daily. They created something and then would send it back to me to make sure that I understood and to make sure that I liked what they were doing already even before they finished doing it. After that, they showed me a rough sketch of what the website would look like and I loved it.

Even after they created the website, if I have a problem adding something on the dashboard, they are always there to help. They are still very helpful to me.

Honestly, I don’t know what I can say where they can improve because their service was so good. I think they should continue having that great service.

I think this could be the best thing you can ever do for your company. I would advise people to look at their work first because you won’t have any doubt about investing in a website with them. Seeing their previous work will give you the encouragement to work with them because they are simply the best.
