• The initial goal was to ensure smooth product purchasing on Mind Motivations, Resonanz and Imagine If Distribution. It later expanded into full site redesigns, new builds like Mind Motivations, and ongoing maintenance to ensure uptime, smooth shopping, and a great customer experience.

These amazing guys have worked on the managing the entire platforms, as we being a non-technical team, have heavy relied on it, and they've worked round the clock over the years, to help us achieve our goals through these websites, and are providing support,

We're currently in discussion with them to build up these websites in entire new platforms where there's no refresh or reload, and they're also working on the draft.

We've also discussed AI Chatbot for more easier users interaction with websites and they're working on flow wise too

Over time, it became a bit cluttered with unused features, and we ran into a few basic technical issues—such as trouble clearing the cache and pages not being indexed properly. A bit more focus on cleanup and best practices in those areas would’ve made ongoing site management even smoother.

DeKnows has provided us with maintenance reports, audit scores, and website launches. The maintenance reports show what was updated, when the site was backed up, the code repo updates, and concerns for the future. The audit scores include Google PageSpeed Insights scores and SEMrush site audit scores before and after the project.

DeKnows provides website development services. The team has managed the end-to-end development for each of my websites, beginning with in-depth technical consultation and platform selection, followed by custom design, development, and deployment. They’ve taken time to understand my business needs and crafted tailored digital solutions accordingly.

For Allied Recycling, they’ve delivered a fully custom website designed to reflect our recycling service model. DeKnows has built a lead generation system integrated with tracking tools and contact forms, which has significantly improved our inbound inquiries. The team has also handled SEO setup, performance optimization, and continues to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.

For OC Deals, the scope is broader and more complex. DeKnows is building a scalable, multi-vendor e-commerce platform that allows users to list and sell products such as laptops and garage sale items. Key features include vendor onboarding, dashboard access, product categorization, secure payment integration, and responsive UI for both mobile and desktop users.

In both projects, DeKnows has also supported us with hosting consultation, security hardening, and analytics integration. Their thorough and business-minded approach has ensured the platforms are not only functional but also aligned with our long-term goals.

How did you come to work with DeKnows?

I discovered Hamad on PeoplePerHour and awarded him our first project for eShopper back in 2021. At the time, I was launching the store in response to the post-COVID surge in online retail, and Hamad and his team came on board to support that. After that, I assigned him to TechGiants and Allied Recycling.

Initially, I was searching for a reliable developer I could trust with building my websites. I liked Hamad’s approach — he took the time to thoroughly analyze my project and challenged the tech stack I originally had in mind. His recommendation to switch to a LAMP stack turned out to be a smart move, ultimately saving me hundreds of hours and costs down the line.

With that experience, I decided to onboard his entire team to support me across all my projects. They’ve consistently shown up on time, demonstrated honesty, and taken full ownership of their responsibilities — exactly what I look for in a long-term tech partner.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One standout achievement has been with Allied Recycling — before working with DeKnows, lead generation was primarily done via phone calls and referrals. Since launching the website, we now receive 200–300 leads per month, which has significantly boosted the business and streamlined our operations.

Currently, DeKnows is developing OC Deals, a multi-vendor platform featuring a wide range of products, including laptops and garage sale listings. Their approach is minimalistic, getting all the details from me in one go, breaking it down into actionable points, approving it through me, breaking it down into tickets, working it out, and showing the results in fortnightly show-up/calls.

How did DeKnows perform from a project management standpoint?

What impresses me more is their showing up on time and committing only to what they can deliver. I was informed on time about the tickets that were taking longer than expected, so each and every bit was communicated to me, and it felt like I was on top of everything.

They also send some surveys every month for me to fill out about what could be made better, and I’m glad my inputs are well-executed. We communicate via Slack and emails. Overall, they’re very organized.

Their ability to communicate, plan, and deliver is what impresses me. I previously worked with tech individuals where I felt I was chasing them. Here, I’m delivered a fortnightly report on what has been done, what needs to be done, what took time, and why it took time, so every aspect is transparent.
